Shoots in the 80s

Top notch course on any level. Short but challenging. I have played many courses around the world, and this is one of my very favorites. Requires good course management, shaping your shots and a certain bit of nerve. For the most part, this is not a "grip it and rip it" course.

Customer Service

Great. Well informed, friendly staff. The birdie shack (concession stand located by the 6th and 13th tees) is in a great spot

Driving range is good. I would like to see the oppurtunity to hit from grass though. Hitting from mats is just not the same

Shoots in the 80s

Best military golf course of the four (military) courses I''ve played. Not very long, but challenging with wind and water in play. Several holes are close to the Chesapeake Bay so provides some interesting playing conditions somtimes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The course is always in great condition. Great practice facilities and putting greens. Full service clubhouse. People who work there set this course apart from all the others. You can''t beat the value of playing this course. There isn''t a better round of golf anywhere for $14 (walking 18 holes).

Customer Service

Top notch. Again, the people really make this a great place to play golf.

Shoot in the 100s

Bad points- some narrow drives, lot's of water, and lot's of sand with big lips to get over.

Good points- very well kept with excelent greens and friendly staff. Plenty of carts for rent also.

Customer Service

Tee time was easy to get if you call on Wendsday when they start taking them for the weekend. Very freindly staff.

Shoot in the 100s

This is a driver's course with long and narrow fairways. The greens are fast and are kept well. The are numerous water hazards. The course is generally flat except for a few elevated greens and one downhill fairway

Customer Service

Customer service is good but tee times are hard to come by.

Restaurant has basic concessions and has more of a diner atmosphere. The pro-shop has a nice selection of equipment, clothing, books and shoes. The prices are the lowest anywhere.
