Condition and quality of the putting surfaces. No crowds, can play 18 holes in under 3 hours. You can own your golf cart and rent a shed to store it and your equipment. CONVENIENCE is the most valuable part of membership. The clubhouse facility is immaculate, private, and secluded.

The main weakness is that there hardly seems to be a flat spot on the course. Every shot is a side hill, up hill or down hill lie with many blind shots. Some of the tees need to be flattened out and some of the landing areas need to be graded to provide flat spots rewarding hitting the intended landing area. Players who struggle with accuracy off the tee or just want to bomb a driver on every hole that isn't a par 3 will not appreciate the challenge and what this course has to offer in terms of learning strategy, course management, and game management.

The course is a hilly, narrow, small green mountain course. Fairly short, with a few long holes. Accuracy and keen short game are key. This is a strategic placement and game management course. Typically in very good condition with excellent greens. Keep the ball below the hole on most greens. Low scores are possible. Once you get familiar with the course and learn the game of golf from this perspective, it makes you a much better golfer.

If you ever intend to play much golf at all, this is the ultimate for value and convenience. Owning your own golf cart and renting a shed for it and your clubs, you can play as much or as little as you want to play....whenever you want to play (whether by yourself for practice or just jump in with other members on the course). Stop in for an hour after work and play 9 holes..or 5 holes....or 36 holes. Play late Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Typically tee times are not necessary and you usually have the course to yourself. Join for a year and you too will be hooked!
