If you want to play a course that has no gimmicks, no hidden trouble, and no funny stuff, Glendale is the place to play. It's a great risk/reward course. You are NEVER penalized for a good shot. It has good length, narrow fairways with mature trees, and tough but readable greens. It's a very tough course, but if you hit it straight and putt well, good scores can come.
