Shoots in the 90s

Chewelah Golf course figures to be one of the more challenging courses in Ea. WA. Far from boring, this course offers everything from thick woods to steep up and down hills. Water is abound on many holes. While golfing on the new 18 you get to get out and feel relaxed and far from stress and view the wonderfull countryside.

Customer Service

More on the relaxed and friendly than on the uptight and stuck up feel.

Shoot in the 80s

I play this course 2 or 3 times a year. It is about an hours drive north of Spokane WA. Although the area is heavily timbered, an ice storm several years ago thinned the course down so that balls in the woods are not difficult to get back to the fairway. The fairways and greens are as good as any in the Inland Northwest, and the fees (particularly the all day fee for seniors) is very low. This course is a must play if you are in the area. A new clubhouse and 3rd nine opened this (2001) year.

Customer Service

This is not Myrte Beach so the course staff is a bit more folksy than some might like.
