Shoots in the 80s

Started playing here regularly after the remodel in 1998. It's a great relaxing course to play where you can pretty much bomb it all over the lot and still have a shot at hitting the green; hence the 109 slope. It's mostly flat and wide open and a great winter course despite all the rain the area gets. Avoid playing after 9AM on the weekend as the round could stretch to 5+ hours.

Customer Service

Good.

I am 13 and for 2 years now I have bought a summer pass that allows me to golf 90 days unlimited amounts a day for $100. Yeah i know! I play over 150 rounds in 90 days and for only $100! The pass pays for itself in like 3 days! As for the course, I like the setup of it. It plays fairly wide open on most of the holes which is good for the weekend golfer. For me though, having a 6 handicap, this course has spots where it feels like I am on cruise control and still can shoot even par. This course is respectable in it's own right. Would like to see some minor renovations in the course just to make it more enjoyable than it already is. Have become extremely familiar with this course because it is my home. Love the course!

Customer Service

Have become familiar with a lot of people at the course and everyone is very, very friendly!

The city of Everett lowered the green fees in the summer of 2005 for this course now under $30. I feel this is a great value. I like this course. The maint crew has put alot of work esp. on the greens. The layout is challenging enough (white slope 109, blue 114). I believe the course is harder than this rating indicates. One of my co-workers lives in Seattle and drives 30 mi. north to occasionally play at Legion. As with most muni's, play early on the summer weekends and save yourself from that 5 hr. round.

WOW, What a change since they remodeled this course. Played here a lot when I lived in the area and it mostly just a mud hole back in the 80's. The course layout has been done very well, with the addition of water hazards/marshes where the wetest spots used to be. Condition wise this will never be mistaken for a CC, but still is in good shape. Well worth a try if it has been a long time since played.

Customer Service

When you have experienced people in the pro shop/snack bar very good, otherwise you take you chances.

Shoots in the 70s

This course is much better after the remodel. However, it still needs more work if it wants to be considered a serious players course. The times I''ve played here I was unimpressed with the course maintenance. Greens were not very good. I felt like pulling out my sandwedge on some of the greens to avoid the endless spike and ball marks. If you do play here I suggest you play during the weekdays as this is when the course gets the least traffic.

Customer Service

The seasonal help is fairly worthless. Twice I had to wait 20 minutes for my transaction to be run through because the person didn''t know how to use the credit card machine. If you play in the summer

The restaurant is good. The proshop is understocked and overpriced. I felt like I was at the airport paying $9.50 for a tuna sandwich.

The course plays nice for average to beginning golfers as myself. It is nicely groomed and kept. Greens are in good condition most of the time, tees need minor work.

Customer Service

Customer Service is great!
