Having played this course many times, I felt it necessary to post my review. The Homestead Farms golf course was carved out of the farmlands of Lynden, replacing berry fields with lush fairways and rolling mounds. The course was a delight to play, finishing with a challenging par 5 18th hole to an island green. Slowly, the course became overdeveloped with houses coming extremely into play on the back nine and the overall quality of the course diminished. While a decent summer course, this track is very wet in the winter months, even more than most local courses. It is still a fun course to play occasionally, but beware of hidden hazards and homes.
