What can I say that is negative about this short challenging course. Even in the winter month they have been blowing out the crud out of the sand traps. Several of the holes you can't just tee it up and pound it out onto the fairway,using a shorter club to leave it short of the several ponds on the course. The back side is short with 4 par 3s.
Recently there has been reports that it may close due to financial problems.It would be a real shame.

The course is tight, but not so much that you do not have any breathing room. The greens are well maintained for the most part, however can be challenging in the fall when leaves have fallen. The lack of a snack bar is something I would like to see addressed. Since it is a muni on a college campus, they do not serve alchohol either which for some of us can be a bit of a drag. Not a course for guys that like the par 5's (there aren't any) and a couple holes are extremely short playing at less than 100 yards. But an enjoyable experience.

Value, condition, has six or seven challenging holes. Water comes into play on five holes.

Only a par 65 course.

I am reviewing the Lynnwood Municipal golf course. It is in superb shape. The tees, fairways, and greens are all immaculate. It is an "executive" course, par 65, with no par 5's. For a great value on a course that is in terrific shape, you can't beat this place.
