Cheap, decent shape.

Not as well kept as most munis, holes shorter than average course.

I tried this on a whim when I saw an afternoon tee time online for $15 INCLUDING a cart! It is a typical housing development short course, with many of the holes under 300 yards, with a few long ones tossed in. On the whole, it was ok for a quick afternoon practice round. Come here if you want to shoot a REALLY low score to impress your friends! There were a lot of kids out playing. The course was a bit hard, and not as well groomed as the average muni, but the greens were reasonably fast and decent. The houses were obvious, but not overly close on most holes, However, this is not a course to enjoy with your driver or if you have a big slice; it is better to use irons or hybrids off the tee and work on your shots. It is worth the $15 ... not sure I'd pay any more for it. Nice way to get in a quick cheap round, and longer than the typical executive course. Nice clubhouse. Be careful when going to hole #11 ... you have to drive up the developmnet road a bit, and the sign is hard to find, to the left slighty at an intersection.
