This course is only good for your money if played for the twilight rates. The greens fees are much over priced at over 60 on weekends. The holes all blend together (flat and straight). Always crowded also.

Customer Service

The place really doesn't seem to have anyone who can give good customer service. The proshop people are decent but others make it seem like I am inconviencing them.

SLOW pace of play. Probably the worst I've experienced ever (I play 50~70 rounds a year and have tried pretty much every course in Washington/S.California.)

The course marshal was pretty useless to anything because they over pack the course.

Customer Service

Service staff was rude and didn't seem to care.

After playing some good links style courses in Reno this Spring, this just doesnt match up; got an internet deal and played early in the morning, and still play was a bit slow. I can barely remember an individual hole, so they all do look the same. Compared to the intrigue of many of the beautiful NW fir-lined courses, this just isn't worth a premium price. Rough pretty challenging. Fairways and greens pretty well maintained. If you can grab a special go for it, but expect slow play unless an off hour; also, watch the tee markers to make sure you stay on the right course! Lots of water lining the course--lose balls, find balls!

Customer Service

OK, but food house girls were surly.

Boring. Same holes, time after time. Hit it staight and far and your scores will be low.

I've played Willows for several years even before it was a 36 hole course. The number one advantage to willows is that it is close in to the eastside and usually very easy to get a tee time as it is a bit overpriced especially on the weekends. I like the course both of them actually, the play is a bit too slow and the rough is tough. If you keep it in the fairway you can score but if you are a long hitter keep your driver in the bag if you want a good score

Customer Service

It's fine nothing special one way or the other

Restraunt is very good but a bit overpriced. Drivng range is good on those rare occassions that you can hit from the grass otherwise the mats a a pain. should consider reducing the price when its mats only

This course has pace of play problems and if you want to spend 6 hours on a weekend this is the place to play. Course layout is fair at best as many holes play the same. Course conditions are also just average. Way over priced for what you are getting.

Customer Service

Fair at best.

Willows is certainly overpriced (weekends)and poorly layed out. The greens are huge and the holes are alarmingly similar in design. The golf complex as a whole is nice though. The driving range, practice facilities, par three course and mini golf course are terrific. And it is conveniently located. In short play there on weekdays after work, but don't waste a Saturday or Sunday on this place.

Customer Service

No problems.

I have played this course for years and it has had the same management. One of Paul Allens relatives. These two courses are fun to play, but way overpriced for the full rate during the morning period. Staff needs lots of help with customer service.

This is one of the better close in courses available. Of course, I'm never sure where I'm at on either course due to the relative similarity of so many holes. Length is not required to score well, accuracy is all you need to bring. In fact, if you keep it in the fairway you'll be hard pressed to not be putting for at least par on every hole. At full weekend price I'm amazed that anybody plays it, but then again, it's real strength is that it's close in.

Customer Service

The snob factor is amazingly high given the relatively mediocre nature of the course. Service is definitely at the lowest level of any course in the area.
