Good value, great greens, not too crowded

Outstanding greens. Well manicured fairways. The rough was not maintained as well.

Design of the course is fair at best, the front is much better than the back.

Details are missing: the tees aren't always level, drainage is a problem, off-fairway maintenance is poor.
