Shoots in the 90s

The course is just average. It is fun if you are just playing with some friends for a good time but if you want to compete don't go here. I go there just to practice short shots pretty much. Overall a good course for the price but not the best.

Customer Service

The employees are very easy going. Enjoyed my holes.

Shoot in the 100s

Wellington Hills golf course is 9 hole, Par 34, 2,735 yards. This golf course is not that spectacular in any way, but is great for kids, teens and those learning the game. I have played the course at least 10 times, it is here that I really got hooked on golf. Mostly all the grass on the course is a mishmash of fairway and rough, one cannot really tell the difference between the two. The course does not drain very well, so expect some puddles if it has been raining. The course is very wide open with not many trees, so it is easy for hackers to find the wrong fairway off the tee. There is one bunker on the whole golf course (a small one at that, on the home hole) and one small pond. The tiny, postage stamp greens demand pinpoint accuracy. The greens are relatively flat and are in fair condition. This course does use temporary greens, but not often. The tees are the weirdest part about this course, some holes there are only mats, others only grass tees, and yet others you have your choice. Most golfers hate hitting off mats, so tee off from grass whenever you can. The course has elevation changes and rolling terrain, so expect some funny lies.

Customer Service

They are very friendly up at the desk, tee times are very easy to make. It is a comfortable atmosphere, tee times go by your first name. Have fun playing this neat local course.

Great price for basic golf. Excellent selection of drinks (alcoholic and non)in the clubhouse. there is not much of a restaurant just chili and hotdogs and stuff like that. I would suggest bringing your own food. There is a used-club barrel, some good quality new putters and other accessories for sale such as books, hats and golf apparel.
