This is a former privite course that went public several years ago. It is a pretty standard suburban layout with paralel holes playing through a sub division. Nothing spectacular but very inexpensive to play. Twight light rounds are about $15 with cart! The best thing about this course maybe the history of the people who have played it. Being the first privite golf club in the NASA area it's former members include many Apollo astronauts. Also has been played by former Presidents of the USA. You will never stand in Neil Armstrong's foot prints on the moon, but you can play out of the same bunkers he did in 1969. If you live in the Clear Lake area it is a good round of cheap golf, but not worth the drive otherwise. |
