Shoots in the 100s

Eagle Springs is one of the oldest courses in the country and one of my personal favorites. The course has one par 35 nine holes and shows its age with just over 2800 yards from the white tees. The single par 5 is only 447 yards long. The course does throw a little challenge toward you with a few blind holes and sloped greens. The signature hole is the fairly short par 3 second hole. The tee is elevated and the green is a postage stamp on top of a steeply sloped hill. If you can hit the green with your tee shot, you have an easy par and a good chance at a birdie. If you miss the green, you hope that you hit the trap. Anything else will leave you with a difficult shot to hold the green. A long shot will most likely cause you to donate the ball to the course. The course is kept in very good shape and beverage service is usually available. Water comes into play on 3 holes and the few traps rarely come into play. It is not unusual to see a sandhill crane on the course... especially in the evenings and mornings. All in all, this is a quaint little course which is very reasonably priced. It's a fun place to play, but is one of the easier courses in the area.

Customer Service

The staff will make you feel at home regardless of whether it is your first time or 100th time playing the course.
