Differing conditions from one nine to other. Greens. They have been installing some VERY long rough on both sides in selected areas to make driving tougher.

Difficulty of the natural terrain causes some problems, leads to much lift/clean/place play.

The front and back nine''s produce differing challenges. The front nine is longer, but more wide open for driving purposes. Almost all the holes tighten up for your second shot though. Greens are not too fast, but everyone has substantial or multiple break. The back nine is shorter but tighter. Unfortunately the back was built on a swamp and is difficult to keep dry. Very challenging driving conditions, but you can probably get away with hitting irons on all the par 4''s. The greens are smaller on this side, but still offer difficult enough reads.
