Reasonably priced, Very nice people.

Not a lot of variety in the holes.

Greenfield is a good course for average golfers. I've never played with anyone there that wasn't very nice to play with. For the money (especially if you live in Milwaukee County) it's a great little course. Not too hard, some challenging holes.

Most of the par-4 holes are pretty much the same.

Greenfield Park is a mature 18-hole golf course set in a large Milwaukee County park. Featuring a variety of par-3 and par-4 holes, the course is very playable for high to mid-handicap golfers (like myself). The fairways are lined with many mature and large trees and you’ll find that small bunkers protect many holes. However, there are no fairway bunkers. There are no par-5 holes, however, the par-4 holes average about 350 yards and are interspersed with the occasional par-3.

I found the course to be pretty well maintained for a county golf course. The fairways are clean and the greens are nicely manicured. Although tee time reservations are suggested, I’ve always been able to get on when I come at the last minute, and the people are friendly – both of which are common with most Milwaukee County courses.

In short, Greenfield Park is one of my favorite places to play a nice relaxing round of golf at a reasonable price.
