Scenic and decent course design.

Sandy waste areas. Slow play.

Decent course in excellent shape. Two big knocks though. First, there are sand waste areas next to some fairways and greens. I cringe to hit my clubs on this stuff, and it is not needed in FL. Second, pace of play is slow for around here. Sure, in other crowded cities 5+ hour rounds are par for the course. Here, there is no reason for it. The marshals here (not that I saw one) need to speed up the slowpokes here.

Fairly narrow for the average golfer.

Beautiful scenery and well groomed course. A must play!
