Some very good holes that are in great condition. Large trees on part of the course. Nice clubhouse.

Way too expensive vs. other courses in the area. Condition of new holes is not good. Layout of new holes is OK. Course is much too short - only around 6500 at best.

This is an old/new course mix in the Iowa Great Lakes area. Although parts of the course are in great condition, the newer holes really need some time to mature. Some greens are great and the 10 new ones are horrible. With the new holes, there is really no flow to the course - much like you are playing two very different courses, not even a front back either.
