I found playing The Bay Club to be an outstanding exerience. The practice facility is second to none, with a driving range close to 400 yds and over 30,000 sq. ft. of grass teeing area to hit from. The condition of the entire course especially the fairways and greens were close to flawless. The greens were extremely fast and true although they were large they rewarded the close approach shot and one could easily three put if you didn't pay attention. There are bunkers strategicly placed that require you to think about your club selection, especially the 8th hole, where there is a bunker running almost completely across the fairway, in fact there is only one hole without any bunkers and that is a 528 yd. par5, dog leg left to an elevated green. Considering The Bay Club is only 4 or 5 years old, and allready has plans for future improvements (including a new short game practice area. It is without a doubt one of the nicest courses I have ever played.
