Read the 1 review of this course and agree with most of what was said: a beautfiful gem of a course with lots of unique holes- none of them poorly designed and most very creative and fair. I played the blue tees which includes 2 par 3's over 200 yrds and 3 long par fives on the back nine.
This layout is only about 35 minutes south of downtown minneapolis and it is definately worth the trip

Condition/maintenance. Greens were beautiful.

Had some sprinklers on fairways but they appeared to needed badly in these few areas. A little more length would make this one a hoot.

Go out of your way to play this one. Very well mainatined course with lots of water, strategic trees, and sneaky fast greens. One of the best non resort courses I have found yet. Several unforgiving long wooded tunnels that have you thinking iron off the tee but require a driver to score. Lots of dog legs and a number or risk-reward drives over water and swamp. Played weekday am with almost no one on the course. $70+ for two and a cart. Discovered by word of mouth...need to market this one more aggessively. Great course. About 45 minutes north of Rochester on Route 52. Play it from the blue tees.
