Layout and condition of the tough greens. Very fair value for your money. Nice people in the clubhouse.

Weeds, Weeds, and more weeds. High tension wires that crisscross the back nine.

First impressions don't last here. Although the course is relatively short, the course plays considerably tougher than many higher priced, better known public courses nearby. The front nine is fairly open, but mounding and high grasses penalize shots off the fairways. The back nine is heavily wooded and much tighter. The value of this course is in the greens; fast, fair, and loads of movement. Like any other well done greens, you will pay a price for anything above the pin. I have seen many single digit handicap players come here and struggle on the greens. The course is worth a spin given many other choices nearby.
