This is my local course,but I work in Dayton Ohio and play some of the most costly coures there ,And I still think that Big Beaver Creek is my favroite course . The setting there is wonderful,hills ,some tight fairways and also some very challeging holes. You have to play it to enjoy it. Greens, Overall course design

Some tee box troubles, but this issue seems to be well in hand by the new owner

Well I am pleased to say that Big Beaver Creek is now under new ownership! Now that there has been a change in management the new owner has raised the bar for other courses in the area to follow. Greens are in emaculate shape, the course design is challenging, and the fairways are coming in nicely as the season progresses. Prices have also dropped to make the course more affordable for the average golfer. These changes have prompted me to begin playing this course more often, as I feel this is now going to be the best course in the area.

Nice clubhouse

Bent Grass, nice layout and away from the hustle and brustle of the city.

Number 3 fairway was under repair at that time. There had been some slipping of the hill which needed repair.

I have not been to the course for a year, but at that time it was above average. The folks there were very friendly and the course was in good shape. The greens were very good. The cost was better than most.

Course condition. Price.

This place is a cow pasture. Under no circumstances should you play here. Deep ruts in cart paths. What little grass you can find on the tees is crabgrass and it's deep. Fairways are being taken over by crabgrass. This course is totally overpriced. Don't play this course.
