Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Cleveland Classic I Summary: This is a great putter for the price but when i compare it to my friend's Scotty it feels like putting with an anvil but since I am not crazy enough or have enough to spend on a Scotty this will have to do.
The head is quite soft and has a nice feel to it but the stock grip is just a skinny and hard POS. There is not a lot of feel throught the grip so if you are going to buy this putter replace the grip ASAP. I am not sure about the shaft but a I am sure that there are better shafts available as most stock shafts are crap anyway.
Putts roll fairly nice and true but again it can't compare to the sound and feel of the Cameron. Long putts seem to be a problem at times because these putters are a little light and take a little more umph to get the ball 30+ feet but if you can drop the ball within 10 feet from the hole on a consistant basis then this will not be a concern for you. I suck 75% of the time therefore I have experienced the 30 foot putt many times. Customer Service: No problems with the putter Similar Products Used: Titleist Deadcenter (Old School!)
Various Pings
Titleist Scotty Cameron Newport (SWEET!)

Shoots in the 80s Model Reviewed: Classics Model 1 Summary: Cleveland has a winner in this line of putters, best kept secret in golf! Great balance and weighting, soft stainless steel and milled face provides great feel, satin finish is awesome. Model number 1 frames the ball perfectly at address with slight offset in the mid- slant neck, I find these to be great alignment aides. Can be found on Ebay for $40 or less, incredible!
I am sceptical of any review that offers substantial changes in handicap due to equipment change and can honestly say this putter has not lowered mine. However, I have tried them all...scotty, rossa, bettinardi, burns, etc. and the Cleveland is in the bag. At least for now. Customer Service: never used Similar Products Used: many
