Summary: First of all, this club is USGA conforming, contrary to popular belief. The clubhead volume is 450cc - due in part to being very narrow in the back. Its maximum height from crown to sole comes in just under the limit of 2.8". It is well within length requirements. The club face has a large surface area of 595mm - which does not pose a problem by itself.
I've played this club at the driving range twice. The first time I was slicing it terribly. After doing some reading on the web, I tried it again, trying to slow down the swing and let the shaft do its job. This was much more effective. I personally wish the shaft was not 45". As for the feel and sound, I do not care much for either. But, if you make a conscious effort to hold back on your swing, the club is quite forgiving and is long.
I share the negative comments made elsewhere about the informercials for this club. I feel they are completely lacking in good taste and integrity. I don't care for the name of this club either - and one should emphatically not try to overswing it. It looks a little unorthodox to put it mildly, but I kind of like its unique appearance. But in the end, it is still a good club, from my experience, and worth the very modest cost. I would suggest it is worth trying out, there is not much to lose.

Similar Products Used: in terms of distance the closest I have hit to this club is the excellent Sonartec Ti-01, which has much better feel.

Model Reviewed: Hammer Driver and 3 #ood
Summary: I'm relatively new to the game, but ordered these when I could consistently hit 200 yds with a borrowed driver. After four months of regular practice with the driver, I can only sporadically hit 150-180 including carry. Also, I had no idea what a slice was until hitting this club. The 3 Wood however is very comfortable and has now become my driver putting me back at 200 straight down the middle consistently with only a slow 3/4 swing.

Summary: I bought a air hammer back in 1997.I drove number 10 at nocona hills golf course in nocona texas with the air hammer.That hole is about 350 yards.I bought the first one they came out with with the holes in it that made noise when you swung it.I wrote them and said i wondered if the club was usga legal.They right away sent me another one without the noise holes.I consistently hit it longer and straighter than my other drivers.I only recently started playing again after about a 2 year layoff.I was surprised to see the same club is still available.I intend buying one asap.I still dont know if they are usga legal though.

Summary: Well I brought the HAMMER driver, 3W and 5W. They are nice clubs for the money but I don't find they are anything special. Yesterday I purchased a Cleveland Draw Driver and hit it every bit as good as anything else I have ever hit, including the HAMMER. I also have a Cobra 3W and "ditto's" with that.
