Summary: Couldnt hit the thing to start with, big slices i suppose like the previous review, but after a couple of stints at the driving range im now hitting up to 50m further than my previous drivers. Two shots actually out of the range and straight as an arrow. Very forgiving and when centered this club hammers, BIG time.

Summary: Crankage. And straight crankage, which for me has never consistently happened before, except when I played every day on my high school golf team. I probably average 250, but straight. And in the fairway at 250 beats in the trees at 275 every time (admit it you agree).
My FIRs have gone from <50% to ~70%. The huge sweet spot sums it up -- even extreme off the heel and off the toe shots somehow go straight. And that sums up how I can manage to keep it in the 80s with an occasional high 70s. The best driver I have hit at a bargain price.

Model Reviewed: GH Plus Hyperforged Steel 10*
Summary: I was in the store to buy some irons and after I had selected the Nickent Genex set, the salesperson handed me a 10* GH Plus Hyperforged Steel driver to hit. I gave it a try and consistently hit the ball in the center of the fairway. I bought it along with the set of irons.
First thing I did was go directly to the range and give the driver a try (Copelands has an indoor hitting mat. You hit into a screen and a machine measures ball speed and spin and tells you where you hit it and how far). I was a little skeptical of how well I was hitting the fairway inside. There was no difference from inside to outside, I was hitting the ball straight and far and have been hitting it well since (as long as I don't try to kill it which produces a slice).
Great club, may upgrade to the Genex or the Titanium series to compare.

Summary: I've played 2 rounds w this club and have 2 drives of at least 340 yards, non wind or terrain aided. Standard drive is at least 270. The head is a medium profile so I feel I get through the ball much better. I can't belive more people aren't playing this driver. I can hardly wait to get the fairway woods.

Summary: A Great feeling club!! I got this last year and I haven't regretted it since. It is very forgiving on miss hits, especially on the toe. The sweet spot is amazingly big and responsive. When you hit it good-you know. 20 yds longer on average with a draw. The UST stiff shaft what makes the club. I like the shaft so much i reshafted my titlest 975d 3 wood. If you are looking the weight of graphite shafts and the low torque of steel, the UST is the shaft for you.
