Summary: Got these Great Hawk clubs as a Christmas present. Motivated me to get me back into the game, but I'm not happy with the quality on these. Have had 3 heads come off (4,5,6 irons), two at driving range and one during play (normal divot). Very light and good overall feel. Just not happy with the construction.
Customer Service: I was told these had 5 year warranty. Turns out it's one year. First club fixed free under warranty

Summary: Good club for a knock-off. Great for beginners who don't wanna spend money on a Callaway.
