Summary:
I bought this driver about a week ago, used, from a guy who had bought a new set of clubs. It was the best 30 dollars I've ever spent. I'm a casual golfer that doesn't get to spend much time on the course but the club performed wonderfully. I went to the driving range and just decided I'd take it easy. Well, even without really getting after it, the ball regularly carried 240 yards with a fair amount of roll on the soggy landing zone. Considering the muggy, wet conditions I would have to say that this is the best driver I've ever personally hit. And if the rest of the shots didn't prove it, the last five balls of the bucket certainly did. I really decided to rip a few and put 3 of the last 5 balls over 320 yards. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone.

I have used a TaylorMade Burner 460cc driver and a Cleveland Launcher on a marginal basis when playing golf with my buddies and would recommend the Nike over either of them.

Summary:
This is the longest driver I ever hit and I tried them all on a launch monitor and the numbers don't lie. The only driver I hit straighter was the Nike Sumo2 square driver. Nothing will beat the Sumo for dispersion but the old forgeed model was only off by 5-6 more yards on bad drives. Both had low spin, around 2900-3200 for me at a launch of 14-15 1/2 degrees. The Nike forged feels better. Can't describe feel at impact. Kind of muted but a nice feel like when you connect in baseball with a line drive gapper. The Forged 450cc is also heavier which is better for control. Now I upgraded my shaft with the new Accuflex Evolution. Awesome shaft! The original Nike shafts put in these were garbage and thus the bad reviews. Too whippy, thin construction and poor launch and spin rates. But the 450cc head is first class. Appears a little closed at address-maybe 1 degree or so but you won't hook it. I have a very fast swing and my miss is a hook but I hit this fairly straight and often with a soft fade that bores thru the air. The Nike forged delivers a flat, penetrating flight with little spin that will eat thru any wind and if your fairways are hard you can expect major roll. Buy one cheap on Ebay and put your favorite shaft in it and watch it fly. I will use my forged driver for hit and giggle tournaments like scrambles when I need major length off the tee. I will use the Sumo2 for competition because it's almost impossible to hit off line and distance is only 8-12 yards behind old forged model...

Summary:
I've had this driver for three years now and have tried to replace the last two, but keep coming back to it.
This year I tried a Hogan C-S3 10.5* loft.Hit it way too high and lost about 30 yards off the tee (no roll). Went back to old reliable and picked up where I left off last year. I just have a lot of confidence on the tee box with this club. Until I can find somethng that I hit as long and consistant, I'll keep this in my bag.
You can find these for next to nothing and if you don't have $400 to shell out for a driver try this club out. It sure won't cost you much and you might be surprised.

Summary:
this is a really great driver.i would recomend it to anyone from a scratch golfer to a 45 handicap. It is very forgiving but also has great feel and is looong! and when you hit the sweetspot it seems lik it is going to carry for miles but when you dont hit the sweet spot it is very forgiving and still goes straigt but loses a few yards.. overall a very great driver and has been in my bag for 2 years now.and another plus is you can now buy these on ebay for under 100 bucks you cant beat that
