Description Patented 2-disc alignment system atop the putterhead makes lining up simple and accurate. Extended Mallet Design produces a lower, deeper center of gravity that's far away from the face to reduce back...
Summary: Great putter! I have tried most everything, and since putting is my weakness... great to find this one.
Very easy to align, just a matter of reading the green and getting the speed right. What more can U ask for? I too like the Center shaft better than the heel shafted model, seems to bring the 2 balls into use as an alignment aid, where the HS did not (for me).
I think the original white hot is the best feel of the inserts, the DFX and white steel were not so great, and I havent tried a 2-ball in the XG.
These are not expensive now, and imo, there is not a better putter out there.
Customer Service: NA, but I assume it is very good.

Summary: Just got this putter last night and was off to the practice green. After an hour of practice I am very please that I chose this putter. Around 5' I am very confident about sinking it. Feel and control with the longer putts are much better than the blade putter that I use to play with. Will update the result at the end of the season. I also purchase the Taylor Made Monza Corza and will compare this 2 putters. Right now I prefer Odessey just because of the allignment factor. I would recommend this putter only if you can get over this extra-large size of this putter.

Summary: The ubiquitous Odyssey 2-ball has sold millions for one reason. It's easy to align. In my opinion, it's an okay putter on other fronts. The insert is a little too soft for me, but, I must admit, it is comforting on scary downhill putts. I like the heft of the mallet and the feel of the grip, but might go back to a more traditional blade. It's a great putter, but like all putters, a lot of its appeal is visual. Try it on a local putting green if you can.

Summary: Very easy to allign, seems more intuitive than the heel shafted model. Stays square on the stroke. I find all I need to concern myself with is the speed and the rest is taken care of. Excellent putter.
