ogio syncro

Summary:
The Syncro is a great bag with a couple of faults. First as a great bag it is light with lots of convenient storage space. I paticularly like the smaller torage pockets near the top of the bag and the easy to access storage at the bottom. The hydration pocket is a real plus and, as with most bags, it has a lined valuables pocket. The exterior ball and tee storage is a necessity for quick play.

Drawbacks: It has a very small area for a putter - I carry a 2-ball putter and have to move it to the iron area when I place the cover on it (rarely). Also, could use additional support to prevent twisting in a cart (pull or power). Ogio has a great anti twist system it uses on a few stand bags and a bag which is marketed as a pull cart bag should also use it.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the Sycro. Aside from the above - it looks great!

Ogio Syncro Cart Bag (2007)

Summary:
PRO: Light weight, and small form factor.

CON: Pockets are too small and tight.

I got this bag in hopes to lower the overall weight of my bag and contents. While the bag is light for a cart bag, it falls short of usability with its function.

The problem is that this bag tries to do it all, but instead fails to do either. Without the inclusion of an internal stand (feet) this bag is defiantly a cart bag. However, most of the pockets are either too small, or too tight to be usable. Additionally, the configuration of the small pockets is such that items will fall out if they are unzipped all the way (which is necessary to get things out).

The bag does have some neat features like, a storable shoulder strap, hydration pocket, internal umbrella sleeve, and external ball and tee holders. It is a good-looking bag, and is very light. The club top was functional, and allowed for easy access to all clubs.

This bag might be more suitable to someone with smaller hands, needing a very light bag.
