Taylite 3.5

Summary:
This product was "sub par" at best. Approximately 3-5 months after purchase, that bottom began to crumble and fall out! This then caused a string of other problems, I.E. stand not to work (worse than it did before), metal support rods inside to fall out, etc. Stay away from this one!

Summary:
The damn thing falls over the whole time.
The legs do not open wide enough on grass, it works fine indoors but on grass the legs get stuck and dont open fully.

Going to bring this POS back to the shop.

Summary:
I was so freaking happy with this bag. Lots of well placed pockets with full of space, very stylish bag. The double strap system is so incredibly comfortable, that I almost forgot I was carrying it……until for some reason (no matter what) the legs didn’t come out and the bag fall down…..It just pulverized itself…..the whole top of the bag, dividers, even the main structure of it broke like a cookie. Come on, light is one thing….but this is just incredibly weak.
As the other reviewer said, this is one hell of an incredibly great design…poorly manufactured….stay away from it.

Taylor Made Bag

Summary:
Piece(s) of junk! Carried one for 3 months and the back/waist paid wore through exposing the inside of the bag! Took it back and upgraded to a "better quality" TM bag, been using it for 2 months and there's a hole in one of the pockets and one of the nylon dividers has come away from the bottom. Good design but incredibly poor manufacturing. Useless!

Customer Service:
Not bad.
