Model Reviewed: Optima 500cc driver

You can''t miss a drive if you don''t overswing with this 500cc beauty. Off center hits go as far as most peoples good drives. I''ve gained 10-20yds. Best suited with a 45-46inch regular shaft that is tipped and 3.2 torque to accomodate a smooth tempo for consistency and allows the big sweet spot to square up and launch a rocket. My shaft is KZG and was the third one tried to get right combination for consistency and extreme distance. The very large head doesn''t bother me when the drives average out between 275-300yds depending on conditions. This is a Japanese driver and is not on the retail market nor are any US companies out with one yet.I''ve outdriven other good players using Ping and Taylor drivers by 20yds. Try it you''ll love it.

Customer Service

Small retail shop owner Ron Peach is the best and will let you try different combos before buying.

A good driver when hit solidly and on the sweet spot. Nothing fancy on distance either but a good follow through knocks the ball dead straight.I'll keep my Tour Edge Bazooka 320J in my bag and treat my Adams like a 3 wood off the tee.

Great deal paid $200.00 Canadian. Unbelievably straight, got rid of the slice immediately. Hard to believe! Now my Orlimar driver is for sale.

It may not set records for distance, but you're going to be in the fairway. Great club. I normally have a draw to hook now I'm mostly straight. Didn't incease my hook.

I started looking for a new driver, when a buddy of mine who is a far better golfer than I, suggested I upgraded my driver. I could drive a long and straight ball, but only if everything was perfect. So I went to Nevada Bob's and tried everything they had. Callaway Steelhead, TM burner, Orlimar, and the Adams. None were as consistent as the Adams in producing straight & long drives. Now, if everything isn't perfect, the worst I get is a drive that fades to the right. I recommend this club to anyone who has trouble with consistently hitting straight drives.

I actually nevered tried the club. However, I read the other reviews and a lot of guys, better than me liked it so,
what the hell, I say go out and by the thing! It's better then a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

Model Reviewed: SC Series II driver

Outstanding club. Had resigned myself to always using my 3 wood. Had also tried the Tight Lies II drive but the face was a bit too small for my preference. I have the neutral face driver with a stiff shaft. I swing around 105-110 mph. It has good feedback and feels great when a ball is hit on center. I can really lean on it and stay behind the ball. I was hitting around 220-240. Now, I can count on 250-275. I am very pleased indeed. Great club.

Revolutionized my game!! I like to tee it low and this driver has added about 40 yards to my drives vs. a 3 wood. Very straight off the tee - excellent spin control. If you tee it a bit high, this aint the club for you...

As a relatively high handicap golfer I was reluctant to hit a driver. After using Adams' original tight lies strong 3 with good success I purchased the 10.5 degree driver. One word, AWSOME. I added about another 15 - 20 yrds on my drives and actually got the ball to draw. I highly recommend this club. It takes little effort off the tee to get the ball straight with distance. I would not normally be inclinded to right a review, but this club impressed me so much that I wanted to share my success. Well worth the money to have this club in your bag.
