I had been using the Adams ST driver 8* for the past year. I had trouble being very consistent. I recently read that low loft drivers are for high swing speeds, something I do not have. I traded in the ST for the GT after reading all of the reviews on here and hit it last night. WOW! Hit 30 balls and 20 of them were dead straight or a slight fade. Hooked a few when I swung too hard. Nice and easy does it. I have never seen a ball fly so far with such little effort - especially off one of my shots! Can't wait to try it on the course. Very pleased and will be even more so once I grow more accustomed to it.

Customer Service

Very good. Gave me good trade-in value on my ST driver. Ended up paying net $60 for this driver and couldn't be happier.

This driver works very well for me. It seems like the ball is shooting quickly of the face compared to my old driver.Almost all of my shots were straight down the middle and cosistently further than I would hit with other drivers I tryed. The best part of the deal I got was the price!

Customer Service

They gave me two free buckets of balls so I could test different clubs.

I tested a Powerbilt Momentum, Callaway Steelhead, Macgregor V-cavity Ti, and the Adams. The Powerbilt was very hard to hit for me probaly because it was so offset. The Callaway went straight but it didn't have the lenghth of the adams. The Macgregor went good but it sounds like a high pitch bell after it is hit.

I'm about neutral on this driver,i love it's accuracy and feel but i have lost about 10-15 metres over my old xxio.If you want a good feeling and accurate driver give this one a try but dont expect to be hitting it longer or as long as your previous driver.

Best driver I have ever hit. Great accuracy and I picked up 15-20 yards with it. I purchased an 11 degree after using a 9.5 for a couple of years. Vast improvment over my old driver.

I purchased this club for its value and reviews mostly from this website. I go the 363 with stiff shaft. At Oshmans, they had two versions. A "Regular" and one with a higher C.O.R. I got the regular. Overall, I find it interesting that the person two posts previous to mine said he could not find as many fairways, but that his distance was incredible. My reaction was exactly the opposite. My ability to hit the fairways allowed me to break 100 (I got a 96) for the first time ever on my favorite course because I was not always starting out in the woods for my second shot. As everyone else has said on this site, "Let the club do the work!" If you try to swing too hard, you can still slice it. This club is more accurate than my extra long 3 wood! I am a bit disappointed in the distance, though. I was consistantly getting 220-230 every drive, straight down the middle. Granted, I have a stiffer shaft a lower COR so that might have had something to do with it. Plus I was using some pretty crappy balls. Maybe that had something to do with it. But I am in my late 20s, am 6'4" tall and lift wights regularly, so I would expect to hit it further than 230, as I have done with other clubs in the past (that I have borrowed). At this point I am not complaining. Right now, I am trying to improve my game and an extra 30-50 yards won't help as much as accuracy. Thanks Adams!

The driver is only as good as shaft. The shaft that comes stock isn't very good. If you don't beleave me go to Adams web site and look at the spec's on the GT compaired to the Red line, what your looking for is the amount of tip torque. If your swing speed is over 105 try the proforce 65 stiff mid flex point 3.5 tip torque. This was recommended to me by a local fitting pro. When I reshafted my Driver I was finally was able to start working the ball. I also would recommend that you reshaft your 3 and 5 wood with the same shaft you put on your Driver. Good luck I hope I was able to help Don

I bought this driver based purely on reviews on this site and others. To start with I was slightly disappointed with the club as I had assumed I would find more fairways - distance was not really an issue with me. In actual fact I am still hooking and slicing the ball on occasion (which is a fault of my swing - not the club), but I did not find it as forgiving as many of the other contributors here. Distance is awesome, with me rarely having to use anything longer than an 7-8 iron to the green on a par 4. I am extremly impressed with it and have no intention of getting rid of it. I have gone from 14 to 10 in approx 12 weeks. However, there is one down side. The small plug on the sole (is this called a 'plus'?)has fallen out after only about 3 months - I bought the club via ebay and Adams Australia do not want to know anything about this fault as the club was not bought from an authorised Adams dealer. I am disappointed with this as the club was brand new when I bought it - it is obviously a production fault. I do not know if this missing plug will affect performance, but it may cause dirt and water to enter the head (I have a small piece of tape covering the hole now). It will certainly affect resale price. Hence the reduced star value for overall rating. Incidently, the club retails in Australia for around $599. I got the club for $265 aust. whci seemed to be good value.

Customer Service

From the ebay seller - excellent. From Adams Australia - poor - they don't want to know anything about the problem.

Great club! I've only been playing golf for a few months. Started out playing a Tommy Armour 845fs driver (good control, but not much distance) The guys at Oshman's said the 363GT was a monster, more distance than most of their $400 drivers. They were right! I've gone from struggling to hit about 150-175 yards to hitting over 250 yards consistently. Just take the club back easy and then let it rip! You will need longer tees though. You will not be disappointed.

I have been golfing for about 7 months now and decided to start trading in my wal-mart clubs for something decent. I absolutley loved my Adams GT Ultimate Irons, so I bought the GT fairway woods, and loved those just as much. I had never been able to hit a driver consistently but I saw this one on ebay for a cheap price and decided to snag it. It has the graphite stiff shaft and I can't believe how well I hit it. The head was a lot bigger than I thought it would be but teeing the ball up nice and high (I need longer tees now) and letting it rip the ball is going 275 to 295 yards! I couldn't believe it when I saw it launch for the first time. I was hitting my old driver about 245-250 'IF' it even went straight. I don't know if I just learned how to swing properly or what but I don't slice it bad now, just straight to a good fade, and the ball just flys. As a tribute to the Adams GT line, before I bought them, I was shooting about a 104, with a best of 99. Since I have played 3 times on new courses and have shot a 97, 96, 94.

Bought it based on the price and the positive reviews on this website. For the price, I would put it up against any club out there. Distance-wise it kept up with the Cleveland and Cobra I demoed at a third of the price. Looks good at address, long and forgiving. I'm a personal fan of the Bi-Matrix so I was happy to see the ST comes with it as its stock shaft. Best bang-for-the-buck out there.
