callaway steelhead 9 deegree distance and control is great, but lacks feel. Feel is a little "tinny" and makes a loud sound. Customer Service broke shaft and replaced it quickly Similar Products Used: callaway GBB |

great big bertha 8* the origional and still the best.. i have hit a few other drivers and still nothing compares and from what i understand callaway agrees because they are bringing back the bertha.. the only problem with them is the shafts, they bite! i had mine reshafted with a graffaloy and i honestly would not trade it for any club on the market.. if you look hard enough they are still out there and for cheep! under $200 everytime and remember they used to be $500.. if you find one, buy it! they are like an old classic that never diminishes in value Similar Products Used: burner's, cobra's, steel heads, titelist's, tight lies |

Shoot in the 70s This club has it all. I recently bought a used great big bertha 9º with the orignal rch 36 pro series shaft(a shaft you could only get if you bought the first great Big bertha to come out) for $170. I noticed a tremendous change in my driving distance and accuracy. The ball explodes off the face and on mis hits it turns back into the fairway. I absolutely love this club, possibly the best golfing investment i've ever made. For all you golfers out there who think you need a ping or a titleist driver, try this driver first you may be very surprised with the results. One of the finest clubs callaway has ever made! Hawkeye Driver I just bought the Hawkeye Driver a few days ago. I was using a very old off brand graphite driver. I paid a lot of money for this driver and really didn't know what to expect. I hit the ball about 50 yards further with the Hawkeye. It is amazing. It has a good feel and very lightweight. I would recommend this club to anyone. Similar Products Used: None |

Great Big Bertha 7.5 Just wanted to issue a warning about GolfClubExchange.com. I bid $175 on a Great Big Bertha that was listed in excellent shape. I e-mailed the seller to find out if the club had any skymarks or facial discoloring. The seller replied "The club looks brand new". When I got the club it looked like someone had hit it every day for the past 5 years....It was in terrible shape. GolfClubExchange prides themself on being safe for the buyer, but it ended up costing me $23 for shipping and a handling fee and GCE didn't care that the guy flat lied about the condition of the club. Big Bertha This club sounds great and the distance compared to my old drive is unreal. I have a stiff steel shaft on my club so you have to swing fairly hard. I thought by having to swing harder my accuracy would suffer, however this is not the case. I can rip this club long and straight 9 out of 10 times. All in all a great driver! Shoot in the 80s The GBB is a awesome driver. The ball flies nice and long. There are some drivers i feel that maybe out do the GBB a little bit. The GBB is a good driver to start out with and to have for a long time. When u hit on good u know it. Similar Products Used: Ping ISI,Titleist 975d,Callway Hawkeye,etc... |
