I love this club even though I don't own one. I often borrow my father's Bertha when he doesn't accompany me, and I have to say I haven't found any other club that I like more. Only problem is that it's so lite that if you screw up your swing a little bit, your shot will probably end up in the other fairway. If you are consistent and aren't trying to be like Tiger Woods all the time, you'll find this club to your liking. Customer Service Haven't had any problems with the club at this point in time Similar Products Used: TI bubble 2, King Cobra, etc |

Very nice club, even though as a rule I don't like "mega size" heads. Good distance and accurate too. Boring type flight. I suggest if you are a "better" golfer explore the pro series shafts from Callaway. Much better quality and really helps. I tried the stock firm and couldn't close the club face and kept slicing. Callaway reshafted with the Pro 3.1 and I am hitting my normal slight draw. Customer Service The best Similar Products Used: Cobra Ti Cleveland VAS Ti Orlimar Driver |

Won this club at a local retailer. Sold my War-Bird driver and have never looked back. Straighter, slightly shorter distance, but in the ""short stuff"" more often than not. Big head inspires confidence. Considering GBB as I have demoed with success. Similar Products Used: Callaway War-Bird, Taylor Made Burner Bubble. |

After having my second club break I would not recommend this club to other women golfers with a cludhead speed over 60mph (fairly slow) it seems the large clubhead puts too much torque on the shaft and it is very vulnerable. I have had a golf professional watch me hit the club and he has also looked at the head (after the break) the clubhead is pristine never been hit on the ground the only mark on the clubhead is where it crosses the tee(on the bottom)when I strike the ball. I am very disappointed as I had consistantly straight and longer shots off the tee than ever before. Salespeople at pro shops tell me this is a fairly common problem. Customer Service I have not had good response from Callaway. Even though I have tried to explain the facts to them at first they said they would do anything to make me happy. Now they will replace the club only with another Biggest Big Bertha (do they really think I want to break a 3rd club. Perhaps when I get the replacement I can sell it then buy another driver (made by anyone other than Callaway). Similar Products Used: My husband and I have a total of 7 Callaway clubs in our golf bags. I have even used my (traditional)Big Bertha Driver 12 degrees as a fairway wood and I love it. My heaven wood is 8 years old and there is nothing like it for hitting out of the rough. |

My father tried teaching me how to play golf when I was about ten, but I was not interested. Then at the old age of 22, I became interested again. I spent every other night at the driving range and every Sunday I could be found on the links. I used my dad's old Prima III's and a Bob Toski driver. My score dropped from the 120's to the 100's, don't laugh, I eliminated cheating (Mulligan's, Kick the ball away from the tree, etc.) and just got better through practice. Bad Part was I had some nasty habits (big slice with a driver, so I never used it, and I would always angle the face about twenty degrees from perpendicular to adjust). If I did hit the drive straight I got about 220 yards out of it. The next season (22 years old) I invested in a full Callaway set of clubs. Biggest Big Bertha Ti Firm Flex, 3 and 5 Great Big Bertha Ti Firm Flex. The driver is worth the price. ALL of my drives became straight. The club seemed to correct my imperfections. Distance went up to 280 easily. The 3 and 5 have massive problems in thick grass. The clubhead is too light to get through the tough stuff, on a nice fairway, however, they are just as incredible as the driver. Customer Service After two weeks the club head on the Biggest Big Bertha broke off and went sailing into the air. I took it back to the store, and within ten days, Callaway shipped a new one. I played a Great Big Bertha for about two years, and then upgraded to the BBB. The change in lofts increased my distance by at least 10 yards on average. The head is large and there are some "dead" spots on the toe and heel but when you hit the ball sweet you can kiss it goodbye. This is a great club for all levels of play. Customer Service Callaway has the best customer service around. I broke my Great Big Bertha twice. The first time I sent it back and they replaced it no questions asked; the second time I opted to pay the difference on a new BBB and it worked out perfect. Similar Products Used: None |

Great club. I was previously coming off the tee with a three-wood. This club added significant distance and surprising accuracy. With such a large sweet spot, even mis-hits have some distance and a degree of accuracy. It also allows one to swing easy, and punch a drive 250 yards. Similar Products Used: Great Big Bertha. Also a good driver, but the biggest is unbelievable. |

The club is very forgiving. I hit about 30% more fairways then I did with a Taylor Made. The more I use it the more confident I am in it which leads to more fairways. My index has dropped 2 points. Similar Products Used: None |
