I played with the Biggest Big for about 1 year. At first I thought that it was a good driver. When testing it side by side with the Titleist 975D, I realized that it was no contest. The 975 was more solid and much straiter.

I have used the Biggest Big Bertha for over a year now, and I have been very pleased with the results. Since I started using it, my slice turned into a very managable fade. I actually hit the driver much better than my two fairway woods, which are both older Warbird models. My only complaint about the driver is the shaft that is installed by the manufacturer: the Big Bertha Ultra Lite. I cracked the BBUL shaft on my driver and 5 wood while hitting balls at the range. I would recommend that people reshaft their BBUL shafted woods with an aftermarket brand with a better track record. I have a Proforce Gold 46" in my Biggest driver (yes, the yellow and purple shaft), and I have been very happy with it. Since the BBB driver is out of production, you can pick up a used one on Ebay without having to spend over $250. That is a great value, considering that other oversized models, like the Ping ISI, will cost you much more to get ahold of one right now.

It was incredible because the sweetspot is gigantic. It is easy for somone to hit the ball high strait and long.

This driver goes long, real long. There maybe a few new models out recently with longer hit but $150 for a used club, can't beat it!

I think that the biggest big bertha is one of callaways best manufactured clubs aside for their great big bertha. they should have never stoped making these clubs. they hit long and straight.

I purchased this driver from a friend who thought he had to have a 975D. I had a grafaloy shaft and winn grip put on. Now this fellow wants to buy it back, but no way. As long as you don't over swing and let the club do its work, the ball really flies a long way down the fairway in play. If you can find one, buy it.

If you have trouble hitting the ball this one, is for you. I hit about 200 metres regularly, but with this, I averaged 250 and hit one 280. But if you make a mistake, whether it be with yout tee height or your backswing, the ball could end up anywhere.

The gigantic head initially gives confidence, but I found it difficult to get a good center stike. The head is so big that shots close to the toe cause a large amount of torque that is evident in the hands and the direction of the ball. I have a friend whose club head snapped off on a drive. I suspect the weak shaft cannot handle the torque generated by the extra large head. Probably a better choice for lighter swingers.

I am not a scratch golfer but i am a 5 handicap. I am 16 years old and have had this club for several years now. When i first got the club i was around a 20 handicap and loved the club because of the distance it gave me. I did find it difficult to hit dead straight every time and if the club face was slightly open or closed forget about your ball because it is gone. Now as a better golfer i find that the ball bottems out. If you are a serious golfer and really want distance i wouldnt recomend this club it soars straight up then drops down with no roll. But as a younger and non experienced golfer it was the best club i ever had.
