Callaway ERC Fusion Drivers

Callaway ERC Fusion Drivers

DESCRIPTION

ERC Fusion Drivers have internal weighting that is more evenly spread across the perimeter of the clubhead, which works with a square face angle to help golfers produce a straight, repeatable ball flight.

I have played other drivers and it's simple the best driver I have ever hit in my life. It has improved my game and in the last tournament I had the longest drive.... 305! My game is never better. Now I need to figure out my chipping game. The oversize drivers just do not have the right weight distruption for my swing

I have loved this driver from the first i hit it. Before getting this one, i had a titleist 905T. that club wasnt bad, but i was looking for something to give me a little more distance. So i picked this club up at a golf retailer for $50. i took it rite to the range, and i started hitting some of the purest drives ive hit in awhile. most people i play with consider me a long hitter because i usaully drive it between 300-320 yds(occasionally 320+ when i rip into one). But i was noticing with my titleist i would only hit a drive 300+ yds every so often(sometimes i could hit my 3 wood farther). the drives i was hitting at the range were easily over 350 yds because the range i go to only goes up to 300 yds and i was hitting them way over the fence. and the best part was they were all going straight. i would recommend this driver to anyone looking for extra distance.

What a club! ive tried every driver imaginable and i swear i have not hit one yet that comes anywhere near the long accurate ball flight of this baby! i tried the nike sq sumo 2 squared and lost about 50 yards from this honestly, ive tried the taylor made burner 07 the taylor made draw and r7 and the mizuno mp001 and every time i go back to my erc, the best thing about this club is the penetrating ball flight you get it just goes and goes and goes, i would recommend this club to anyone looking for a long forgiving driver.

I have bought many drivers in the past and i found that this was the worst i have bought. I found with the rounded clubface and the material its made out of it's very unforging. No matter how good of a golfer you are you are going to have trouble hitting it. The way its made the driver doesnt compress unlike all other drivers making it hard to hit.

Model Reviewed: ERC Fusion 10* stiff Y-6

Let me say, I am a club junky. I'm literally on my 15th driver in 3 yrs. After trying just about every thing out there....I think I found it! I got the 10* stiff Y6 shaft from callaway used for $61 on ebay. I used to like 9-9.5 degree but read the 10* is neutral - not open - not closed. I am consistently hitting it as far as anything else I've played & in 5 rounds have hit my longest drives to date & avoiding that killer slice. It's 360cc which is perfect for my liking.Like anything, a slow controlled swing works best. If you over swing you can hit the banana ball, but with less penalty. An absolute steal right now. I think the shaft make, flex, & degree make all the difference in the world. In general...reg flex in a callaway is too weak, get strong flex.

I picked this club up for onyl $69.99 at a local store, right after that i went over to the range to try it out and boy was i surpirsed. With my old driver i was lucky to get to go straight, but with this it went long and very straight. Now i'm only 14 and i was carrying the ball over a 270 yard fence, this thing hits sweet, best club i've hit by far.

Simply put, somewhat windy day in Lewisville, TX but manage to shoot personal best 88!

Why so excited? Because my 8dg ERC Fusion kept the ball on a piercing trajectory; even on mis-hits. This club is forgiving and gets the ball out there; FAR! To the tune of roughly 320 yards on a 346 yard par 4 into a light wind; missing the sweet spot a bit still set me up for birdie!

My issue has generally been control. Distance has always come easy for me. Accuracy has not! The ERC Fusion helped tremendously today. Only thing, I must switch out the shaft to a Fuji, Aldi or V2. Stock callaway shafts are not really suited for anyone with clubhead speed over 115mph.

Got the club brand new this weekend on clearance for $90.

For along time i thought bigger was better. I never had any luck driving the ball, so one day i tryed my brothers callaway C4 witch has a smaller head size. during the round i played with it i hit better then ever befor. so i went out to find a small powerful club that i felt would be a good fit for me. then i found the callaway erc fusion my first time playing with this club i hit the ball better then ever befor i think people should stop looking at huge drivers and start looking at small easy to hit callaways

I have a 9 degree regular flex ERC Fusion. This club hits far, is accurate and allows you to work the ball. Prior to owning this driver, I could barely reach 250. I now hit 280 regularly and my scores have improved dramatically due to shorter approach shots. This club is good for people with good swing mechanics. If you don't have good swing mechanics, you'll have a hard time controlling this driver. I have as much or more confidence in this driver as my wedges. It's such a great club that I bought a second one. A driver like this may never come by again.

Customer Service

Customer service was so so. I bought the first driver after trying several at a driving range. I bought the second driver at a cheaper price through the web.
