THIS DRIVER HAS CHANGED MY GAME.I USED TO DRIVE 150 TO 200 AT THE BEST DAYS WITH MY OLD TI BUBBLE DRIVER AND SOME TIME I WOULD SKY IT AND BARLY GET IT OFF THE TEE BOX.EVER SINCE I GOT THE HAWK EYE I WENT TO 175 SLICEING IT TO 240 AVERAGE DOWN THE MIDDLE SOMETIMES WITH A LITTLE DRAW.I HAVE NEVER SKY IT AND NEVER MISSED ONE SHOT BADLY.I TEE IT UP HIGH AND LET IT FLY. THE BIGGER HEAD ON THE CLUB HAS GIVEN ME CONFEDIENCE TO SWING HARD AND NOT MISS THE BALL. MY RECORD DRIVE HAS WENT FROM 275 TO 320 I ONLY WISH THEY HAD HAWK EYE IRONS AND A HAWKEYE PUTTER THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE HEAD COVER IS TOO SHORT AND I HAVE A GRAPHLITE SHAFT AND WHEN I PUT THE CLUB IN THE BAG IT WEARS AWAY THE SHAFT AND RIGHT NOW I HAVE I DEEP SCRACH ON MY SHAFT SO I HAD TO PUT ANOTHER HEAD COVER ON IT BUT BESIDES THAT IT IS A PERFECT CLUB.

Model Reviewed: 3 & 7 woods

I purchased the Hawk Eye 3 & 7 fairway woods with the objective of having a pair of fairway woods that were particulaly forgiving while still pushing the ball to its limit. They are FANTASTIC. They're forgiving, the ball flies (the 3 wood sends the ball further than my Ping ISI Titanium driver!) and the heavenwood is beautiful.

Tried the Hawkeye at a demo day. Next day I went shopping on-line for it. The light shaft really lets you crank on this and the head seems to bring it around just right. Rate this higher than the TM Burner TI.

Model Reviewed: Hawkeye 8* Driver Firm

Awesome. Just bought this club and have played a couple days with it. Does not guarantee you will make good on your short, short approach shot, but gives you a lot more of them! 1) Distance: unquestionably longer than my ""normal"" driver(s), by 20-40 yards. 2) Draw Bias: As stated, this baby helps me square the clubface at impact. I've never had a slice, but with this club, my drives are sweeeeeeet... down the middle, long, and roll after carry. 3) My two favorite Nicklaus drivers were 11* and 9.5*, so I hesitated to go with the 8*. After much soul-searching, I bought the 8*, and am GLAD I did. Figure the big titanium head/low center of gravity makes a 9* about the same as standard 11*, and take another point off since it is more controllable, and go from an 11 to an 8 or 12 to 9, etc. with confidence, and get MORE LENGTH. Yes, as soon as wife recovers from price tag, I intend to purchase the 3+ (strong 3) Hawkeye.

Customer Service

Did make sure my dealer would help me if shaft breaks.

Have never had other ""oversized"" clubs, drivers, etc. Alternate between Nicklaus irons/woods, and a '69 Wilson Staff blade reissue (if I'm feeling cocky that day). PS: I do really like the Nicklaus set.

Very forgiving and LONG. Callaway make the best woods in the market. Switched from Biggest BB and gained greater accuracy and distance. Great club!

I can't get this thing to be consistent or go straight. Unbelievably expensive. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Try before you buy this.

I recently purchased a full FITTED set of Callaways (Hawkeye's 1/3/5 - 9deg driver - all firm shafts) and a set of x-12 steel shafts. I am VERY happy with my titanium ""woods"" they seem to be very forgiving and have a nice sound - I can now hit the ball 250 metres - dead straight! (metres are longer than yards for you yanks...dont ask me for the conversion....) I slept with my driver the other night - my wife thinks i'm mad - you should see what I did with the club cover... then again maybe you shouldnt... Must say they're a bit pricey over here in Australia ($750 retail) but worth every cent. (i reckon)

Customer Service

None as yet - I hope not to have any dealings with them as if I do I imagine its for a problem with my clubs - I hear the shafts break... we'll see.

Possibly the best driver ever built, I have gone from an average drive of 190yds with a slice to an average of 240 yds with a fade. This club truly helps you keep the ball in the fairway, which as we all know helps to cut strokes off the bottom line. If I had to give up my Hawkeye driver I would quit playing golf.

Customer Service

Excellent customer service, Callaway sent me a new headcover when I lost mine a day after I had got my club.

Model Reviewed: Hawkeye Driver and 3 Wood

I recently bought both a Hawkeye driver and 3 wood and I have to say that I am delighted with both. They are helping me get the last few strokes off my handicap to a level that I will be happy with. I now hit very consistantly and I am able to work the ball, particularly with the driver. A great product range and kudos to Callaway. These are not a cheap item in NZ but relatively speaking good value.

Customer Service

Sent them an email once and was invited to visit the factory next time I am in the US. Nice people.
