I went golfing yesterday and past a friend off mind that wanted me to try his "AWSOME" driver, three balls in a row straight down the middle. I offered a hundred dollars and took it. I get a kick out of people grading the product on the time it takes to get it. When you write a review, try to think of the product and how it works. I love mine and strongly recommend it to others.

Model Reviewed: Hammer-X Driver

This new open body Hammer-X driver I got has actually added distance to my drives, and the real surprise was how much straighter I'm hitting the ball with it. AND I CAN EVEN SPELL! It has this flat shaft and I think it really makes a difference. My slice is 90% gone (mis-hits).

I was very doubtful also until I put the POW-BOOM-BAM aside and gave it a try.

For $99 with the free hybrid (which I really like) I thought "What the heck". If you're like me and my buddies, we spend more on beer (or you just like to waste money on status symbols or macho-Cobra dated technology). It has definitely been worth it!

This guy's actual website is xfactordirect.com there are alot of others but here I found a phone number and actually talked to the guy from the TV show.

Customer Service

I actually talked to Jack Hamm himself on the phone from a number listed on his website. I don't know what "Golf Technologies" is though??? His company is xfactordirect.com

This driver sounds like a joke. The only good reviews given are by people who can't spell. From what i've heard it sounds like the shaft that comes with it is sh!tty. Save your money and put it towards a really good diver...that you can actually use in a tournament. Cobra's are the best. POW!!!BOOM!!!

Bought off TV ad-Shaft says light but the clubs are very heavy. I was told that they were light, ok for senior.

Ive had the Hammer for almost a year now and its a pretty good driver. I use mainly as a training aid, but when my other driver is not workin, it my go to club. the 3 wood is awesome. At first glance i was skeptical about it because i didnt think i could pick it off the ground but boy was i wrong. I didnt have any problems with receiving it. As to the other comments, you have to have a fluid swing to hit any club, so mayb they should of invested in a few lessons rather than blame it on the club. Solid contact and a good swing will produce a good shot, you dont have to swing like Jack for a long drive.

I purchased the hammer several years ago and not not like it. I recently put on a golf works cer 851 offset club head. I now kill the ball up the middle of the fairway. The origional hammer had a real whippy shaft. I recently purchased two discounted hammer clubs. The shafts are stiffer results not same.

Can't review what you have not received. I ordered this club from the TV special on October 2, 2008. Each time I call Customer Service they say it will be another 2 weeks. Today they told me it would be spring!

Customer Service

They say what they are told to say, out of stock, two more weeks.....

Model Reviewed: Hammer Driver

I have had my Hammer for two years now. I admit that learning to control it has taken some time; however, i have had no trouble with distance. When I am able to drive it straight and true it does not matter if it is high or low trajectory it flies long or carries long and rolls out well. When I am on with my game I consistently can get 300 with this club. I can borrow my friend's Taylor and do the same but this club was cheaper however, not legal for league or tournaments. I have had no issues with durability or delivery. The 3 is awesome also. I suspect that the average golfer does not appreciate that a club alone will not correct all your problems, to see the true length and power of a club you have to have a consistent swing with good tempo.
