I have been golfing for the past 35 years I saw the Ad on TV the Hammer X appeared to be great so I decided to order it with the "X" shaft when my club was delivered I went out to try it. I normally drive 1900 to 220 yards but I couldn't get beyond 130 yards it was extremely frustrating to me> I offered my son the club who golfs three times a week and usuall out drives me he couldn't do better than I did. This club is a rip off. Dont fall for the ad!!

DO NOT - DO NOT BUY THIS DRIVER. I ordered the X-Hammer Diver and received it in 10 days. When I saw it the shaft measures about 54 inches. I am 65 years old and no way can hit a club like that. maybe some 25 year old muscle man can. They advertise it as the longest, yes but only the shaft. Secondly the TV ad said you get the flex shaft and a free 20 degree hybrid. When they rang me up on the phone he said it was $160.00. I said the ad said $99.00 plus shipping. He said no, the shaft is extra. I fell for the deal until I saw the club. Thinking about returning it, I went to the website and it said free flex shaft with PROMO code and the hybrid. Feel this company is a scam so I going to try to return it minus a 25 percent stocking fee. Another scam !
So what, I blew some money and buyer beware.I now found the driver only on line for $59.00. They should enforce the truth in advertising laws in this country !! BUY IT IF YOU DARE, BUT I'M SURE THE CLUB IS A TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered a Hammer X from the TV ad 21 days ago. Promised delivery 10 to 15 business days. Still haven't received clubs. Have tried to call several times don't get a call back. Price was supposed to be $99.95, with shipping total was to be $129.95. The co. billed my Credit card for $143.75. I think I've been scammed. Last time I'll order anything from this company. As far as I can see they're crooks. Hope they prove me wrong by making this right!!

Company guarantees that the club will arrive within 15 business days. Mine arrived on business day # 20.

I tried calling customer service and was told to leave a voicemail (never had a customer service that made you leave a voicemail). I never received a call back. I had to call the number to place an order and have them call customer service for me in order to get a call back. The woman who called tried telling me she couldn't understand my name, so she didn't call back.

After my club finally arrived, it broke on hole 1 tee box of the golf course. I tried calling customer service, but again had to leave a voicemail. I tried again two days later and the same situation occurred. I called immediately after hanging up hoping to get an answer, but to no avail. Finally I called the number to order a club again and after speaking to them miraculously got my call returned.

The same woman was the customer service representative as my previous customer service issue. She began to yell at me and tell me that I never left my name (which was a lie- interesting how she had issues on calling me back based on my name again). Then she told me that I was a spoiled brat and that I probably just broke the club on purpose. After I explained what happened she responded that I just "need to be a better golfer." She said she was sending me a club, but then removing my warranty (which I'm not sure is legal) because of my attitude. Before she hung up, she said she would send my new club "if she felt like it."

Customer Service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was told that maybe I need to be a "better golfer," was yelled at over the phone, and was told that I was a "spoiled brat."

This driver is a joke. Worked on it with several buckets of balls following the recommendations provided with the club. My old driver outperforms the Hammer X by 50-60 yards consistently. It is back in the box and I am chalking this experience up to a lesson learned.

Customer Service

Customer service leaves something to be desired. Left two messages because I had not received the product after almost a month and was told that Fed Ex had lost it when I was finally called back. Return policy calls for a 25% restocking fee which is ridiculous. Do they believe in their product or not?

I got delivery of the clubs went to the driving range two days in a row and hit 200+ balls with only these two clubs and had the worst days of my golfing life trying to figure out how to hit these clubs. I even had three other guys hitting balls try it and none of them wanted to hit more than 10 balls, they all said it was a piece of sh-t. My Taylor made driver gets me 230 yards in the fairway pretty regularly and I will stick what works for me.
Customer service has not returned my calls to get a return number so I will have to contact my CC company and dispute the charges against to get my refund..

I purchased the Hammer X Driver direct from their website after seeing the infomercial on the Golf Channel. First time on the course with it and I saw a noticeable improvement in my accuracy and distance. My once banana ball to the right was now a nice slight fade that found the fairway and then rolled out another 10-15 yards. I'm very pleased with this driver and look forward to lowering my handicap this season.

Customer Service

My customer service experience was top-notch. The website is easy to navigate and the shipping via FEDEX was very fast.

Similar Products Used:

I've bagged just about every brand of driver out on the market and the Hammer X works better for me and is much more affordable than brand name equipment.
