9* Chosen. The clubhead is wonderful to look at, very traditional design from top site. Deep face and unique sole design. Sports a nice midnight bluelack color, giving it a sleeker look. This is a foam filled head. It weighs in around D5 or D6 depending on shaft selection. I chose the True Temper Bi-matrix stiff shaft, with Golf Pride Softy grip. Shaft and club design and color could not have made a better match. Made for a beautiful club. Playability: I hit my Callway Great Big about 30 yards further. Perhaps it was the shaft selection or just not ever being able to find the right stroke, but it was not that impressive to hit. Felt and sounded clangy. I am more suited for the sound of the Callaway or Taylor Made Ti''s. This is a rolled Carpenter Steel, not Titanium. This may have had some impact on sound and feel. My brother tried the club out on the driving range. Hit one ball off the top line and dented the clubhead. I do not feel that is is a durable club. Paint chipped without ever dropping the club. Still do not know how it kept coming off. I ended up giving the club to my dad who now hits the ball 220 over the 200 he used to hit. He says it is the shaft. He really does not like the head.
