Integra 400 Ti Drivers

Integra 400 Ti Drivers

DESCRIPTION

The first 400cc Ti Driver on the market. USGA non-conforming for Extreme Sprig Velocity. This one is too HOT for the USGA. It has a high spin rate which allows for the ball to get in the air very quickly and carry a long way. It comes standard with a Penley Tour grade Light weight graphite shaft at 45". Custom shafts and sizes available upon request.

Model Reviewed: INTEGRA 400CC 10.5 DEGREE

I've had a 400cc 10.5 degree version for about 6 months now, and have tried several new "HOT" clubs lately, i.e. 983K, 580XD, etc., and keep coming back to this club because it is just plain longer than anything else i've tried. It originally had an ALIEN reg. flex graphite shaft in it that had a little too much torque(twist) flex in it for my liking and I reshafted it with a PENLEY LITE reg. flex. It absolutely crushes the ball! I consistently hit it around 280 yards, or so as an average, where I was hitting the "NAME BRANDS" around 250-260 yards. It is still hard to draw the ball with this club but that's okay. Ball flight is absolute straight on a rope, or a soft fade that is high, and LONG. A bad swing will usually result in more of a push, or a pull. No fault of the club by no means. Grab one of these off EBAY for around $35-$50 and you will definitely have one of, if not THE hottest club faces you'll ever own! I also have one of the INTEGRA SOOOLONG's 450cc that doesn't hold a candle to this club. I'm getting a couple more of these to try several different shafts in them to see if it can still be improved on anymore. I love he combination I currently have in it, but what can I say....I'm a "CLUB JUNKIE"!

This is an incredible driver! I have the Slice Killer 400 with a Proforce 65 Gold R-Flex shaft. Hit the ball straight and further than any other driver I have tried. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this driver - have tried all sorts of drivers but keep coming back to this.

Awesome club!! I purchased this off Ebay. It as Adila Longwood 50/50 shaft cut to 43.5 inches. I am a short hitter with my best drives being only 250 yards. With my Integra, if I don't hit past 250 yds it is a mis-hit. I am consistantly hitting 270 yard drives. Get a lot of roll off this club. It is 10.5 degree loft but hits like 9 degree or less. Great sound when hit right. High pitched crack. Am able to hit club straight or with a bit of a fade. Cannot draw ball with this club. Has help eliminate my snap hook. I have not hit many other drivers as they are all too expensive for me. Previous driver was a Knight brand. I would recommend this driver to anyone.

Model Reviewed: 400 Integra 10.5

After reading so many good reviews on the 400cc Integra, I decided to buy one off ebay. I got a LH 10.5 degree (illegal) driver with the UST 75 Stiff shaft 45 inches. Unfortunately the club doesn't work for me. I hit the ball extremely long and the club face is definitely hotter then the Ping but I have huge fades with this club. I suspect the shaft is too stiff for me. The trajectory is good being mid to high, and the overall distance is longer then the Ping. But, if you can't hit it straight, your taking 3 off the tee all day. I may reshaft with the UST 65 like my Ping has but right now it's relagated to the garage.

This year my golfing buddies bought new Nicklaus airmax 360s. Their added distance was very discouraging. I tried their clubs but found the shafts too long. In an attempt to keep up I ordered Integra 400 Offset 10.5. Head was supposedly a hot COR... I got a stiff shaft cut to 44 inches. HUGE disappointment ! Face of the Offset does not seem high COR at all ! Close examination of the face shows what looks like a quarter sized plate behind the face inside the club ? Club hits like a 8 degree loft... no carry at all ! My biggest mistake was the shaft !!! Do not get stiff... you need shaft kick to get the ball up! Height of the face also is difficult at setup ! You need tees about the size of a beer can. Like I said HUGE disappointment, club will soon join cousins in the garage. Good thing I can still hit a straight 5 iron ! I shoot low 80's using a 3 wood twice a round ! But every year I get sucked in by MORE DISTANCE CLAIMS

Simply put, this is an awesome club. I put it away for awhile when I heard it was illigal, but found out that only the 10.5* is illigal...the one I have is a veryrare 10* which is legal by usga limits. I have hit all of the big name brands, but always come back to this one. It is soooo loooong. I just purchase a PING tec and plan to sell it, b/c it just doesn't hold up to this one. I drive it long with a consistant baby-fade. My distance with this club is 280 carry. Also,my friends who hit it and have a little higher handicap also hit it long andstraight. Buy it!!!

I had stayed with original wood heads for a long time prior to finally converting to metals. The first metal I got was an Axis (Callaway clone)10.5 degree. This club was easy to esy which is really the only advantage of stell over wood as far as I'm concerned. The problem is that the center of gravity is different for metals and I think it makes a metal have a higher effective loft, probably a 12 degree in this case. I was getting absolutely no roll on my drives so I wanted something with a lesser loft; although, I believe that the same results can now be acheived simply with a deeper club face. Nonetheless, I put together this head with a ProForce65 after trying a few other head and shaft combos. The ProForce65 was too "boardy" feeling in ecerything but this big 400cc. I get the roll I need as I probably hit it from 230 to 260 yards. I used to get as much as 290 with my old wood head but this probably has a lot more to do with my course's conversion to bermuda fairways. Even though I don't hit this club 300 yards like everyone else, I still think it's a good head for the money. I have tried Titleist 975D, Cleveland Launcher, Mizuno T-Zoid, Ping, Callaway GBB and others and none, with the exception of the Cleveland, have come anywhere close to providing me with the same results. Even though I don't have trouble hitting this club over tall trees, I somewhat wished I had gotten the nine degree because the deep clubface and high-kickpoint UST both help me keep the ball down to attain roll. The only other downside is that the head is not receptive to use from the fairway, unlike the Callaway style heads. From my experience, the clones are just as good as the originals and the key is getting the correct head - shaft set-up.

Customer Service

Most internet club sellers, including even Golfsmith, are unfortunately not very customer assistance oriented. Dynacraft and Maltby have been about the only ones I've dealt with that is decent. Golf D

This is the best driver I have ever hit. I got it about 4-5 days after I ordered it and got it custom made with a penley graphite light shaft and tour velvet grip. This driver is long and straight. I have gained at least 20 yards with each driver. The launch angle is a little low with these drivers, but the ball goes a long way. They feel great and make a good sound at impact. I let my friend try it and he crushed a 320 yard drive. It is very forgiving and even hits from the toe and heel turn out well.

I've had it for about a year now, 400cc, 9degrees, on a 46 inch UST proforce regular flex. Be care ful with the UST (or any shaft) don't get the stiff unless you're sure it's right for you. The club is tremendous. It is long, high and straight. I've been golfin less than 2 years and I'd be lying to tell you I hit 'em all where I aim, but it isn't the club. And it sure is fun to stand on the tee box while everyone admires a 300+ yd burner that looks like it might never come down. I'm a pretty big guy, but a smooth easy swing carries a range ball well over 260 yds, plus roll. I've hit it 315 on a course, uphill, with very little roll at all due to the soft turf and the slope of the fairway. It won't give you a good swing, and it won't help you putt, but it is a lot of fun to hit a few every round that make 'em all go "ooooooh".

Having read many good reviews on zero tolerance products,I decided to try the new CJ maxima 400 myself. I spoke with John Lee at zero tolerance, who is very personable and accomodating. We went with the matching XLT reg. flex shaft. I assembled this combo at 45" D3 sw. This makes for a gorgeous looking driver with the lambkin grip. I am 63 years young with a club head speed of about 90-95 mph. I have played 4 rounds with this driver and have hit the short grass most of the time 240 to 260 yards. The club has a pleasant sound and is very forgiving almost like magic. The CJ Maxima has certainly exceeded my expectations and stays in my bag.
