Put a TX90 Steel shaft (S) in immediately with the stock swingweight of D4 at 43.5" and this driver is awesome. Low launch for a 10* driver, but long with awesome roll and very accurate with the steel shaft. Hit one driver 320 with roll and the other long one was 305 with roll at WildFire G.C. in Scottsdale, AZ yesterday. I would suggest a steel shaft for anyone who needs some accuracy off the tee. Think about it, 1.5" is the difference in length between a 4 iron and a 7 iron and they do not twist like graphite.

Listen guys, i was using the old steel head technology and switched directly over to this club, i read about it here at GolfReview.com and was surely convinced this club was for me and i found it at a great price, look on ebay too guys. I would drive my steelheads about 200-220 straight, this was my first time using a titanium face and a big cc driver and i was very happy, im hitting it 250-270 yards and very very straight, i couldnt believe it was so easy to hit, i didnt change much in my swing either, and i noticed you dont need to swing 100%, you only need around 80%. Get this club if you can, its long and straight and gave me a great BOOST of confidence, thanks a ton MIZUNO!!!

Bought this as a closeout for an incredible $100. Better than Nike Forged. Hit my longest drives ever that weekend. Easy to work the ball. I had to tone down my swing, as my normal rip sent the ball right. I swing at 75% and ball still goes 20 yds longer than my Bertha. Beautiful feel and feedback.

Got this club for a great deal at a Golf Town clearance sale ($200 CAN). Came with a True Temper BiMatrx Stiff Flex Shaft. I bought it as a replacement for my TaylorMade Burner Bubble Original. I still have the nasty fade Ive always been known for but even with that I find the ball travelling over 250 yards with an extremely low trajectory and wicked curvature. However, Ive also noticed that a nice easy (really easy) swing at about 70% still sends the ball flying a little under 250 and perfectly straight. If you ask me, its an amazing driver for the price I paid. Nice lookin bimatrx shaft too.

The local pro at the club suggested I try this club instead of my Nike driver a month ago. This club has improved my distant, and accuracy.

This driver is awesome. I can cut or draw the ball at will. It's extremely long. I reshafted it with a GD YS7 which added some yardage. Has good feedback which is probably attributable to the forging.

I find this club particularly attractive. The dark blue head gives confidense. The shape is finely sculpted to create an effective blow to the ball. The force gneerated when the ball is struck is very gratifying. Nicely done Mizuno!
