None Without question, reshaft this club. I put a UST 65 reg. flex and it made a huge difference. With a good swing (which I have one day a week) this thing rips the ball. You can feel the sweet spot and see the result. Had 3 holes at 300+ in one round dead-center. The guys I was playing with could''nt believe it. I went to a 9 degree from 10.5 so that took some getting used to. I am sold. Plus, the guys at www.mygolfpro.com were fantastic. Order came direct from Mizuno factory wihtout a hitch. These guys have the best price and provide great service. Do some business with them so we can keep them around. Similar Products Used: None |

None This is my 3rd review. Different shaft. Just installed a Harrison 2.5 ultralight in a firm/stiff to fit my 100mph swing and this is money. I tried the original accel-arc which was too weak and also too torque-y. Then tried the Grafalloy Prolite 35-S which I was slamming the occasional 260 yds but the direction was everywhere to a slight push to a dead hook. I thought it was just the swing (which let''''''''s face it, it is to some extent). Then installed a rifle lite steel shaft 5.7 to match my irons.. but way too heavy, duh. Now with the Harrison, perfect amount of torque. At first feel I thought the firm/stiff was going to be a tad whippy until I got it out on the range.. forgetaboutit.. took it right to the course and started slamming drives 250 plus with great direction. Hitting targets, even bad swings were generating great ball flights and not too far off track. I was already a firm believer in fitting technology but this has exceeded all expectations. Driving is downright fun right now. Let''''''''s hope it stays that way. Customer Service n/a Similar Products Used: Yonex adx 200, Persimmon driver, Titleist PT 10.5 DGS300 |

None I played this driver for almost a year with the stock shaft, Accel-Arc stiff-regular shaft. One week it would duck-hook to the left, the next week it would push-slice to the right and another week it would go straight. When it went straight, it went a mile, but I could not hit it consistently from week to week. I tried changing my hand position, my set-up, opened and closed the face at address and finally had it reshafted last week with a UST Proforce 65 regular shaft. It was like getting a brand new driver and it went long and straight. I''ve owned or tried them all and now this is the best driver I''ve used. T Zoid Ti Driver w/ Aceler Arc
Strength:

Weakness:
None My swing speed is in the 105-110 range. With the stock shaft I had trouble controlling this club. I reshafted after about a month (Proforce 65 stiff) and the results improved almost instantly. Good swings were thoroughly rewarded with distance and accuracy. Not the most forgiving driver, but with the new shaft, off center contact stays in play most of the time. BOTTOMLINE - If you''re having trouble keeping the driver in play, go for a Callaway or Ping, both were more forgiving. If you''re hitting the driver solid now, and want to upgrade you won''t find a better value (under $300 w/shaft upgrade) from an OEM. Of course with any club, make sure the shaft fits your swing. Customer Service I was able to demo the club for a couple of days and even played a round with it, which helped make the decision easier. Similar Products Used: VFT, TM 320 & Ping Ti - all very nice, easy swinging clubs, ball flight was a little too high & steep price, head size on Ping was too much for me. |

At first i sliced the ball pretty much but after awhile i started to really hit the ball with power. This resulted in my longest and straightest drives ever. I hit past the green on three par-four holes on my course, the longest one beeing 311 meters! This is just an incredible club! Similar Products Used: Callaway Hawkeye VFT, Killerbee, 975d |

Looks great, confidence inspiring at set up, hits long , straight with a tendency to draw slightly. Can make it fade with relative ease. I was surprised I could do all of this with the standard regular flex after reading all the comments here. So, I would suggest to give the stock shafts a go before deciding to change. Mizuno T-Zoid Forged 9* w/ UST Proforce 65 Stiff
This is my second review for this club(i had another review like last year). After using this club for almost two years, I changed my mind a week or two ago. I love the club, and I FINALLY decided that the shaft has got to go. I thought maybe I wasn't good enough to realize, that the stock shaft was a piece a' crap. I thought, hey I'll give it a few more months. That's what I said a year ago. I was hitting inconsistent hooks, and could never get the perfect, mid-high draw that I've been workign on fer so long(like 5 months I've been trying to develop it).
