Nicklaus 4DX Drivers

Nicklaus 4DX Drivers

DESCRIPTION

The space-age looking 4DX Driver brings Nickent into the realm of superpower drivers, and signifies the first time a 460 CC directional control driver combines a classic tour shape and state-of-the-art innovation.

The D-Spec's loft, lie, CG, MOI and weight have all been configured to make the ball have the perfect draw. The T-Spec is set up for a faster swing speed. The T-Spec is engineered for players who prefer a flatter trajectory and a more workable ball flight.

Model Reviewed: Nickent 4DX Tour Spec X-Stiff

Had jumped around drivers using stiff flex within the last year or so and stumbled on this driver with X-stiff shaft. I don't know if its the shaft or the club, but the ball is straight, I can hit it left or right, and my driving problems are now just hitting through fairways. I use the 9 degree, tee it up just a smidge to get that extra loft when drawing the ball. Beautiful club and confidence builder for my game.

Got this driver on Ebay for a very good price, I have been using a generic driver recently, however I have used Olimar and older Taylormade brands in the past. I am getting maybe 15 to 20 yards more with this driver than my old one, most of this is probably due to inproving my swing recently, than the club itself (people that say they get 30 or 40 more yards with a driver, no matter what brand are exaggerating). The club does give me more confidence than my old one partly because it has more striking face surface than my old one (both 460cc), but this one has a wider face.

Model Reviewed: Nicket 4DX Tour Spec - UST 3 Stiff

I'll make this one quick. This is the longest, straightest driver I have ever hit. It is workable and forgiving. I never thought I'd say this. It has removed my Cleveland 460 Launcher and Mizuno MP-001 Drivers and is now in the bag.

From the top the head has a classic appearance with a progressive (negative offset, where the head is actually ahead of the hosel. The theory is that it helps better players from snap hooking it.

I have once proved everybody wrong, I "snapped" this twice, but it's me. Once I settled down with a smooth swing.

I actually think this driver is forgiving enough for all players. All of my clubs are "neutral", and this clubs fits right in. Nicket now has the following clubs in my bag.

- 4DX Driver
- 3dx 3 Utility
- 3dx 5 Utility

I no longer carry fairway woods, I can hit the Nickents 90%+ as far and stop the ball on the green.

If you are interested in seeing these, just look for the flourescent green headcovers.

There is no better driver than this. It also got the highest score in the 2008 Driver Test where 60 golfers tested most of the Drivers on the Market.

Unbelievable Deals on these now - I got one used for $120 and one new at $149

This is simply the best driver I have ever hit. I have been looking for a new driver long time. I read a lot of reviews and tried a lot of clubs. I just got the Nickent 4DX Tour-Spec driver and went out that day. I hit three drives over 300 yds. This club is long!!!! It seemed the less effort I made the better the shot. It was easy to hit and keep in the fairway. I have two friends now looking at this club. Go try this club at your local golf store or golf pro shop. I only paid $170 online. I would put it up against any club at any price. Great value and real long!

This is definitely the best driver i have hit. I went to a local golf shop to look at used drivers and i tried this one. I had read about it alone and wanted to try it but could not find it anywhere. Wow this driver is great. Mine is a 10.5 tour spec with a Accuflex shaft that was custom. It is a mid kick shaft. I have found that this driver plays more like a 10 degree but i love everything about the feel looking down at it, very forgiving. I hit it much farther than the Burner, and the Bridgestone J33R 460 i had.

I loved my King Cobra 440 SZ Unlimited. It's tricky to play, but when you hit the ball right you'll get a lot of lenght. Unfortunately it's illegal now. So I played the King Cobra M Speed LD 12° for a couple of weeks. Easy to play, but disapointing lenght. 220 yards was the maximum I could get.

Now I've bought the Nickent 4DX over the Internet. Wow! After 50 balls on the range I already felt familiar with it. On the course my first impression was affirmed: Forgiving and easy to play if you have a solid swing. And definitely the longest driver I ever had. Last week I played a round against a single handicaper with a FT-i. I have a modest swing speed, but i outdrived him on 10 out of 13 holes! My longest drive was 250 yards, but we had temperatures just slightly above freezing level. So with 15 percent less aerodynamic drag on a standard summer day there's a lot more length to expect.
Call me conservative, but what I like besides the stunning performance and the great playability: this club looks how a driver should look and it has the sound a driver sould have - a clear "pinnnng"!
Strong recommendation!

This is the driver that is taking the Nationwide by storm....... All I can say is that it is long; it is straight; it is half the price of the 'Big boy divers'

I have mine with the YS6+ shaft fitted and it is absolutely wonderful.

Rather than me going on about it - go to www.golftestusa.com to see the independent results and see how it is the top dog in the pound!

this is the longest driver I have ever hit no JOKE....have played 6 rounds so I feel I can post a honest report. Have never carried a ball over 300 yds. example par 4 flat straight 344 yards, 30 yds from green. par 5 slightly down hill 520 yds. hit 170 yds. from green 7 iron into green. feel the shaft has a lot to do with distance, guess that's why it cost 180.00 bucks..............
