I love my Orlimar. Tends to correct for offcenter hits tho you do tend to lose distance, which is fine as long as I stay in the fairway. Tee it low though or it will fly high. I love it because I can drive with it, then use the same club as a utility wood on a par 5. Birdied a 5 today using it. I would reccommend this club to anyone.

Aloha,
A great driver got em at Costco for $119
so happy with that (included head covers)
very nice feel. Have to admit look they tiny, but once you hit them you will like them. I do want to try the new model though to compare.

I'm really impressed with this club. I've used low end drivers in the past, but boy what a difference. It has really straightened out my slice, and even when you hit in on the toe or hell, it still corrects itself somehow. I don't know how it does it, but I'm sold

Bought it brand new but cheap for $109 CAD this month. At first it looked like a fairway wood to me(I was used to those oversized drivers). Now I used it for teeing off and on fairway. I can now reach the green in two on a par five. My putting sucks but at least now I can par on a par five. I like it for the fact that it is cheap and give me the distance. This my first driver over $100 CAD.

I've owned the Trimetal for six months now and can't find any serious fault with the club. Now and again the ball takes a major slice, but thats down to trying to hit the ball to hard. When teeing up it needs to be set low as it will otherwise send the ball in to orbit, I know, I've done it. The sound it makes when it makes good contact is fantastic and the ball just flys off the club face. I have a very fast swing speed and found that the firm shaft flexed too much, but I was lucky enough to go to my local store on the day the Orlimar reps were there. They recommended the strong flex shaft, which had to be factory ordered. I've never looked back. It's so much easier taking a wedge or nine iron into the green than a long iron, if you catch my drift. Great value for money now that the Trimetal plus is out, as the price of thses have come right down.

Customer Service

Their reps that go to local courses and pro shops are extremely helpful, if your thinking of buting one of these go to the next demonstration day.

Model Reviewed: Orlimar Trimetal deep face 9 degree

The Orlimar Trimetal has a very hard "feel" to it. Also the 9 degree that I bought (firm shaft) hits the ball higher than my other driver with 10.5 degrees. I have trouble hitting the ball straight, it wants to sky and go to the right. If I concentrate on trying to roll my right hand through impact I can sometimes square the clubface and get a straight shot but this is difficult to do on a consistent basis. The club is 45" long which seems too long if you are under 6' tall. The Trimetal is now widely available for $169 since the Trimetal Plus came out. My advice is to try a Trimetal before you buy it and see if you like the hard feel of the clubface. I almost bought an Adams FC but was attracted to the clearance price of the Trimetal. I think I may have better results with the Adams. If you try the Trimetal and like it the price is right. I don't see much difference in the Trimetal Plus which is over $100 more.

Great distance(+10 yards), accurate and cheap! Since the clubface is quite shallow, took some time to get used to.

Tested Titleist, Taylor Made and Orlimar driver and end up chose Orlimar because of its overall value. Titleist and Orlimar have solid feel and I like them both. but with Orlimar onsale for $99. What a bargain! Yesterday on PAR4 325 yard, I hit a tee shot of 300 yard, got a great chip shot and birdy the hole. Although slice alot which I think is my fault. I am very happy with my investment. Tee it low!

Great club when hit correctly. I had a bad slice before using this driver, and it has been made worse with this driver. I have been working on correcting the slice, and once that is done this club will save me at least 3 strokes each round. I believe this is a great club once it is hit correctly.
