I bought this club hoping to help with my ability to hit fairways of the tee. I origionally intended to use it as a 2 wood when my Nike driver went south. Well after using it for a few rounds I don't even take out my Nike any more. This club is almost automatic. I hit 90% of my drives in the fairway, and the ones I miss are just off the fairway. I normally have a slice but this club has cured it. Gone are my days of looking for balls OB or in the woods due to an errant drive. Sure its not as long as my Nike (perhaps 10-15 yards less) but it is much more consistant. The look is a little weird to get used to as its only 42.5" long, but you get used to it. Sound great, like a driver should. This driver helped me break 100. The only thing I can say bad is that its only 370CC. If they made a 460CC one, I'd buy it in a second!!!

Great Driver at a decent price ($199) I would recomend it to any new golfer.

Bought a used one from Golfsmith. It arrived in perfect condition; couldn't tell it had even been hit. I used it for the first time yesterday in my normal Saturday group. Short story: I hit 12 of 14 fairways, averaged about 240 which is basically the same as I hit my Callaway X360 (which I will be selling). It is so easy to hit that my confidence with this club soared. By the end of the round I was swinging for the fences and I bombed one on the 16th hole past my buddies Ping G2s. it measured 260. Shot 78. The club is a keeper. Get one.

Ok, I've played this driver 10 rounds now and figure it's as good a time as any to give my feedback. First off, let's just start with saying it is NOT perfect. I think the company shot itself in the foot with the naming of their clubs. I believe they make a quality product and by far some of the easiest clubs to hit that I've used. I also have the Perfect Plus. If they had just used a sensible non-boastful name, they'd probably sell more products. Golfers will tend to frown at the notion of a "perfect" club. But I do have to admit, the shorter shaft and slight offset head really do make these clubs a cinch to hit. I would consider my game fairly average. I have my hot rounds where I hit low 80s, but my achilles heel had always been my long game (i.e.-fairway woods/driver). First came the Perfect Plus which instantly helped my fairway shots from 180yds+. After struggling with my driver yet another season it was time to give this one a try. Now I will say it definitely doesn't outdistance my previous Callaway Steelhead (when I would actually hit it flush 10% of the time), but the distance is respectable. I'm hitting it an average of 260. If you're looking to bomb your tee shots Daly style, this is obviously not your club. Where this club shines is it's control. I very seldomly knock a tee shot wildly OB anymore. When I miss fairways, it's only by a pace or two and usually in decent position. I have never hit as many quality tee shots prior to owning this club. It has a very generous sweet spot for a 370cc head. The only dead zone I've noticed is if I come out of a shot too early and hit it low on the clubface. So the old mantra "tee it high let it fly" certainly applies to this club. It sets up very nicely for my stance (5'8") and frames the ball well too. A nice classic deep blue clubhead to stare down at is not too shabby either. I recommend this club to someone looking for optimum positioning off the tee. It's short shaft and offset combo are the definite key to achieving this. If you're looking to rip it like you want to win a long drive contest then don't even bother. I'm brimming with confidence when stepping to the tee now, knowing I'm likely not going to be re-teeing after yet another OB. To boot, my regular golfing partner picked up a Taylor Made 580X. I believe it's a 440cc head. Anyhow, our average drives are roughly equal, he might only have a few yards on me. So I would have to say that while this club is not incredibly long, you likely won't be giving up much distance if any at all over your current setup. I'm giving this club 4 stars, because no club is "perfect".
