Change the shaft. Mine has the TM S 90. It's too light. I'm gonna have a Proforce 65 Stiff put into it.

Needed to get out of the stone age and buy a new hot faced TI driver. Compared used 300ti with new R540, and found similar results, so I saved the $130 and got the 300ti. This is an excellent club for my game. I tend to hit a draw, and other drivers I have played just made this worse. This club is much more neutral, and very difficult to hook. The only downside to that is that it is very easy to accidentally leave the face open and hit a block shot. Trajectory is still a bit too high, but shots do not balloon like they have with my previous drivers. Played in a 30 MPH wind yesterday and was easilly getting 40-50 yards more on shots into the wind. A reshafting may help bring trajectory down some. I am not used to the large head and have trouble finding the sweet spot every now and then. All in all, a good club. I think it will benefit me greatly when I am fully used to it.

Model Reviewed: Taylor Made 360 XD

The Taylor Made 360 XD is the best driver I have ever owned. It is preety much just the Taylor Made 360 but it has a different shaft with low kickpoint which makes me hit the ball rocket high and long. The only dislike is the shaft flex. The Taylor Made 360 XD stiff shaft flex almost feels like the Taylor Made 360 regular flex. But my swing speed is around 110 and the shaft fits me fine. Its a great club and very affordable.

I am of the school of thought that clubs don't change your game. Rather, your best bet is to spend that money that you might spend on equipment whims on range balls. The 300 Ti changed my rationale. After only one round with this club, I am more confident than I've ever been with a driver. The feel and distance are exceptional and I finally have the grit to rare back and smack the ball. With the 300, I take aim at the range's 275 marker and regularly almost hit it!! I regularly sneak up on 300-plus yard drives. I only have one problem with the club. I tend to push drives with this club where I naturally tend to hit a draw. But I'm confident that this is my problem rather than a design problem. I would highly recommend this club for someone who shoots in the high 70's/low 80's.

NO OTHER CLUB IS BETTER THAN THIS I'm not kidding. I actually played it in my 2nd year as a golfer. I started playing since I was about 10-11. Now as I face my 3rd year in golf, I can carry the ball about 260 yards. This clubhead size is PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. About 320cc, it's actually easie to square than ones in the 350cc-450cc line and you can get a bit more distance than ones in the 275cc-310cc line. Try it with a Mitsubishi Rayon Shaft. SEE 4 URSELF. I use a stiff flexed shaft and I am getting the extra yards I seek using the PRO VIx. I hit it about 295 yards with roll. This driver is the best club (next to the putter, of course) in my bag. Why I shoot in the 100s? It's not that I don't hit it in the fairway. Man, I always do. My irons are the problem. Might think of a company having SP 700 BETA TITANIUM FACE in the Irons, IMPOSSIBLE. TAYLORMADE 320 Ti Driver. Next time, I'LL be in the PGA TOUR. Many more years to come for me. I'm still a teenager. I'LL BE DROPPING THAT HANDICAP!

A friend of mine sent this down to me because I didn't really like the driver I was using anymore. First and fore-most yank the damn shaft out. I replaced it with a Graphite Design ys series x-stiff and it was like night and day. The s-90 is lame and without the feel that most aftermarket shafts have these days. The trajectory is lower now, I can work the ball better and I can still get it out over 320 yards if I need to. If you are paying under 200 dollars for a driver these days, why not try to put a new shaft in it? Trust me, if you sort of like the driver now, put a new shaft in there and then write a review, plus shafts aren't really that expensive for how good they are.

Man i cant belive i waited so long to get a high COR driver! What a diffrence it makes from the old desings. The size while small compared to many other current drivers it plenty for some one buying there first new driver. I find it very easy to hit the sweet spot. My club is a 8.5 degree loft and I some times wish it was a 9.5. It is easy to loft the club but I have found it easy to slice when you swing diffrent. I would probably recomend this driver to someone who is either very skilled or has a very consistant swing pattern, because the big head magnifies slices and hooks.

I am quite a young golfer, and currently play around handicap 15, and was looking for a new driver. I tested quite a few, from wich the 300 Series were far best to my standards, the low profile is so great, it looks so naturally when behind the ball. My distance from the tee increased with I think about 30 metres, wich is about 35 yards. They allmost all go straight to the middle of the fairway, and even from there, if I concentrate real good, I can hit it about 190 metres "off the deck", this is a fabulous club, wich (to my standards) fits the price more than Extraordinary good!

Wow this driver is so awesome. This is above and beyond anything I have ever tried before. I've gone through so many drivers in the past year that it isnt even funny. These include the Titleist 975D and 975J the Cleveland Launcher 330cc and the Tayloer Made 360 Ti. The 300Ti 7.5 degree coupled with a Proforce 85 XStiff shaft produces a ball flight that is very penetrating its low trajectory is what other golfers envy! I've gained considerable distance as well as control on my drives with this club. Bravo Taylor Made this is definitely a winner. Now 300 yd drives seem common to me and a slightly disappointed when I fall short ofcourse this was due to my lack of putting the right swing on the club. right now a great buy at EBay would recommend it to anyone seeking a Great driver at a reasonable price.

I'd been looking for a driver for the last two years and am glad to say that I've finally found one which I'm happy with. This club came with a YS-6 S flex shaft which was an untested combination for me, but after 2 rounds and a range session, I can confirm the gamble has paid off. Distance-wise, I noticed a very slight improvement (I've always been quite happy with my driving distance), but the best improvement was the dispersion pattern. If I missed the fairway, it wasn't by much. I used to drive with a 200cc head, so I find the forgiveness is excellent. My usual error when driving is a push, but find that with this club, the same in-to-out swing produces a slight draw instead. However, the club will also punish any laziness in the swing - I noticed that as I got a bit tired at the range (and a bit too "handsy"), a big hooks would appear. Likewise, a friend of mine who normally slices found his slice magnified. All in all though, a great club. Probably better suited to those who have a consistent swing without too much left or right tendancies.
