famousdavis must be taking some GREAT drugs LOL.
Anyway, just demoed the R11, CaliRazrhawk, and the 910 D2. Really did not like the feel and sound of the R11
The Cali and Titleist both were close in performance. Ended up taking home the Ttitleist. Nice balance and great sound and feel at impact. Enough settings to fit any decent swing. Don't need to be a pro (like famousdavis) to hit this club well. Best Titleist driver made yet.

Review of: Titleist 910 D2, 10.5 degree, Diamana R flex, factory (A1) settings.

Its all good.

Had been playing the Titleist 905R since 2006 and was starting to think that nothing would ever replace it. It appears that the 910 D2 finally has.

The 910 D2 is a significant improvement in consistency. Probably due to a increase in MOI. The head feels very stable at impact, resulting in an average of 4 more fairways hit per round. Gone are pop-ups and right side misses. The few bad shots have tended to be pull hooks resulting from sloppy double-cross swings and poor tempo. The natural ball flight with the 910D D2 with the A1 setting is dead straight or a slight draw.

Trajectory of the 910 D2(on factory settings) is a little lower and more penetrating than the 905R.

Distance is outstanding with the 910 D2. Was concerned about losing the length of the 905R on center hits, which was the best of any driver. But the 910 D2 equals the length of the 905R best hits on its normal good hits and is several yards longer on its best hits. Very impressed with the distance of the 910 D2 on normal swings. You know you have a long and straight club when by the 12th hole your playing partners are all asking to hit it.

Was somewhat skeptical of the 910 D2 before buying it due to its adjustable settings. But its consistency and distance make it likely to be another Titleist classic.

If you have an inside-to-outside swing path and get the face square at impact, the 910 D2 is the best driver yet made by anyone. If you don't have those two things, get the 910 D2 anyway and find a competent instructor to teach you to hit draws with it.

Highest possible recommendation for the 910 D2.

i am a low to mid 70's shooter. although i am 13 i take my game very, very seriously and have the knowledge to write a review. i am using the brand new adila rip stiff shaft with this club and a stock grip. I hit my nike str8 fit dymo 2 around 279 yards. with this club i am easily hiting 290 to 300 yards. my swing speed is around
120 to 127 mph. i would rate this club a 10 out of 10. titleist really made a great club.

Ok, I guess time for the first serious review? I've only been playing for a year, so a long way to go of course. But I've got to say, I hit the Demo 910D3 today, and It was an amazing experience.
Im a bit of slicer, but this club basically took the slice out of the equation. Incredibly straight drives. Something about the club shape really seems to encourage a good stroke. Or maybe just the balls reaction to the club itself? Not sure, dont care, I had 3 other Drivers that I was alternating with, and that all had that slight slice going on.
Distance was on point too. Didnt think I ever was going to find something that compete with Taylor Made, but this one might be it. Was getting about 220 yards with Burner and R7, the 910D3 gave me about 15 to 20 yards more.
Also had this strange thing going on, where you could really feel the Driver-head, yet, felt really light on the backswing.
Awesome club, gonna try to get one as cheap as possible second-hand. But gonna be hard to resist the temptation to break down and buy a new one, heh.

My level of play is better than scratch. I'm kind of a legend around here and people take my reviews seriously because I'm a stick. I'm the best ballstriker on this forum and I don't mess around when it comes to reviews. Well, on to the review:

I'd like to begin by saying that your witnessing the first review of this superb driver. I'm the first to review because manufacturers give me free clubs to demo based on my golfing prowess. On to the review:

In a word...sublime. Just the right mixture of sound, shape and explosion. Perfect for a man of my ability and taste. Not for the meek or for choppers who shoot mid 80's. This is a man's club and I'm the ultimate man. There is no one who could beat me with this club. It launches at a perfect angle for my 128 mph swing. I routinely hit it 317 right down the pike. Golf, like everything else, has always come easy to me. Others take lessons and struggle and I simply take their money. I laugh and scoff at lesser men...I guess that means everyone.

Well, I hope you enjoyed this review. It's really the only one you need to read. Now be gone with you and don't show up to play with me unless you got serious coin and serious testiculars. Later gents, I'm off to the CC for 18 in the morning followed by a message and then dinner at Morton's. We can't all be perfect.

Cheers
