As a 16 year old with a 13-handicap, I can put the ball out about 270 consistently. I have a lot more confidence aiming down the middle and playing a draw on some holes. Much, much better than my Great Big.

Most awesome I've tried. The Graffaloy shaft is nice but I really like the EI-70. It goes long and straight.

This is the epitome of drivers. The amazing feel is unlike all others. The distance is huge- I hit an average 280 yards. Also, it is very workable, as long as you are good enough to control it. Draws and fades are easily modulated. Too bad it took $600 from my bank.

The best driver among the ones I have tested.
Distance: It is not the longest-hitting driver I have tested. It is compatible with Ping TISI. Blue Thunder and Kamui Pro are longer when hit solid.
Ball flight: Mid to low ball flight. Does not ballon up even when I hit a slice, like Ping TISI or Callaway Hawkeye tends to do. Good carry and roll. More comfortable in the wind with
this driver.
Feel: Excellent. Very good absorption of
vibration. I can feel the balls shoot off the club face. It feels so solid, none of the other clubs can match it.
Summary: I did not buy this club for extra distance. There are longer clubs out there. I bought it because of the feel and how I can work the balls around
with this club.

I just put the Titleist 975d in my bag for one round, and already I am adding 10 yards to my drives. And the feel I can't say enough about it, the loud crack at impact and the whoosh it makes as it glides through the air.It is not as forgiving as I hoped but even off center hits are great. If you are an experienced golfer seeking a new driver I would take a look at this club.

Very high trajectory, very accurate, easy to fade (more difficult to draw), and even hits from the fairway! I guess that's what a $350 club should do.
Definitely a solid investment.

Good, solid driver. Played mine for 2yrs. before trading it in on Ping TiSI
10* with Grafalloy tour stiff.
I found the Ping to be longer, straighter, and tons more forgiving. (what sold me on the TiSI over the 975D was the quality of the hits that were slightly off center) While the 975D held a slight edge in workability, and the nod in appearance goes to the 975D as well. I enjoyed the 975D while I had it in service. For my game though, I have found something that works better. The only people I would really recomend consider the 975D is low handicaps looking to work the ball. If your looking for distance and forgivness there are better choices.
The marketing edge also goes to Titleist. PGA players are paid big bucks by Titleist to use their clubs. Look to the other tours and top amatures and you'll not find many 975D's.
Compared with other equipment today the 975D is nothing special.

This club was not near what i expected. Not near as forgiving as the Ping TiSI I also have, nor near the distance. Was a little more workable, but NOT worth the tradeoff. Ill stick with me Ping thank you very much
