Titleist 975D with EI-70 Stiff
I've owned so many drivers in the 5 years I've been playing I can't even remember all of them. A lot of the drivers I've used have been great drivers but I finally realized that I will never achieve perfection. It's not the driver, it's me. This driver may or may not be the one best driver but to me it is. You name it, feel, looks, and most important distance and accuracy. It's got it all, the complete package is included. I really like the EI-70 shaft and I've used many stock and otherwise shafts eg. Grafalloy Pro Lite 35, AJ Techs, Harrison, and a few others. Titleist has developed a great club and I recommend it to anyone. Similar Products Used: GBB(2), BBB, King Cobra Deep Face 9*, War Bird, TM Ti 2 Tour Forged, probably owned a few others too, but I can't remember. |

I have been hitting my 8.5 degree 975D since last summer. I have tried just about every proline driver on the market and I believe that this is the best one yet for a good player. It offers great feel, workability, and even forgiveness. I really like the ball flight and it has given me a little extra distance. The cosmetics of the driver are great and it even looks like you could hit it 300 yards! Very soft touch. Feels like persimmon. I can hit quite long shots with this weapon but the distance is compareble with BBB. A club shouldn't cost this much anyway... Similar Products Used: GBB, BBB, Titleist 976R, Ping TISI, Mizuno T-Zoid |

I used to have a huge slice, but now that I have this club in my bag my ball goes farther and straighter than ever. I would recommend it to anyone. Similar Products Used: None |

No wonder all the pros use it! Has everything one would want in a driver. Long, accurate, and very forgiving. The performance speaks for itself! Similar Products Used: None |

The only reason I shoot in the 100s is because I don not have this club. If I had enough money for this club I sure would buy it because it is totally worth it. The one club I suggest you not get is the poor hitting club called Ti Bubble 2. It only does 3 things. One, slices. Two, hooks. Three, hits it straight about 10-15 yards. Thank you for reading my spectacular review! Similar Products Used: None |

I ahve tried all of the top of the range drivers, and this club hits the ball further and with a much better trajectory than the others. I own the 7.5degree model, and althogh this may not be suitable for all standards of player, I would certainly recommend it. Good solid feel off the face. 975 D
Had no intentions of replacing my GBB when I demoed the 975D at a local demo day. By the end of the day, I had a 975D in my bag and the GBB found its way into the closet. Longer, straighter, and even easier to work the ball with this driver for me. This driver really does have the feel of persimmon when the ball comes off the clubface -- much moreso than any other driver I've hit in the past decade. Although some people have claimed to struggle with losing some shots to the right with this driver, I had no such problems. Every drive was straight and long (approximately 10 yards longer than my GBB). When I needed to hit a draw or fade, it was much easier than the GBB. Cosmetically, I think this is a very attractive club. I like the way it sets up behind the ball and the black and gray lines are classic conservative. In terms of quality this club easily earns 5 stars. The question you'll have to ask yourself, however, is if it's worth the extra dough. That's why I had to give it only a 3 star on the value rating. This is a pretty expensive club. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at the address above. Similar Products Used: Callaway GBB, Taylor Made Ti Burner Bubble, King Cobra |
