Very fragile. Dented either on cart or in transit. Customer service said not their fault. I will not buy another tour edge product and urge others to think twice before buying.

Customer Service

Very unhelpful. More like CUSTOMER NO SERVICE

Model Reviewed: Tour Edge Bazooka HL 10.5 Driver

I am amazed how well this driver performs. I have only compared it to TaylorMade's X580 10.5 Driver. There is no difference other than the price. I am a firm believer in that you don't have to spend big money to get a quality driver.

Customer Service

Customer Service is great considering I haven't had to contact them. Tour Edge has the best warranty on their equipment "Lifetime Warranty". That is Customer Service at it's best!

Model Reviewed: Tour Edge HL Hot Launch OS

I bought this club as a direct result of the success I had with the Tour Edge Houdini Driver (really a 3 wood with a big head). I was hitting it so well that I wanted the extra 20 or so yards that is lost to a club with 16* of loft and a one inch shorter shaft. Naturally, I reasoned that a club similar to the Houdini, but with less loft and a standard shaft would be the answer. Enter the Hot Launch Offset 12.5* EZ driver. This club is the perfect complement to anyone who has had success with the Houdini or other such "compromise" driver (Callaway and Ping are also marketing clubs like the Houdini). My experience with the Hot Launch Offset has been very, very positive. It produces high arching drives that if they are not straight, are usually left (draw) of target. Shots to the right don't slice, but push in that direction. It would appear to me that Tour Edge's claims for the offset face and UST shaft combination are legitimate. I was very pleasantly surprised at the appearence of the club. All Tour Edge products are attractive, but this driver looks like it should costs twice the $99.00 I paid for it from drivingiron.com. Lastly, the club has a much more civilized "dink" sound than its stablemates, the Bazooka Jmax, and J series clubs (I have several). Not only is it not quite as loud, but the sound it produces is indicative of where on the face the ball is struck. Center hits produce a noticable resonance, while those hit off center result in a muted more "thud" like response. With its reasonable price, there is not reason not to experiment with this remarkable club!

Customer Service

Absolutely top notch. Lifetime guarantee!

Just picked it up after using their 4iron-wood. The "go-to" club in my bag off the tee. Read about the driver in a magazine. I have been using a 3-wood for years, to drive. I could never lift the ball with a driver. I needed a confidence club. I tried the club at a sports complex locally, and lifted the ball every time, straight, far!! Traded in an old set of clubs and a 2-wood to get an even trade on the $149 Offest 12.5 loft EZ. Fantastic!! Averaging 250-275 yards, making my approach shots much shorter. Great price! Great value! Can't Miss!!

Model Reviewed: Tour Edge HL Hot Launch

I have been playing this club for about 2 years and it is the most consistent driver I have ever hit. The name Hot Launch lives up to it's billing. The ball jumps off the face and even on miss hits, the carry and distance is tremendous. The club is very good looking and I like the shape. This club is about 400 cc but it appears smaller which I also like. The graphite shaft is UST and I play 9.5 degree firm. However another thing to like is the price. This club is $150.00 with a lifetime guarantee. I recently went to the driving range with a buddy who is a 3 handicap. He plays a Big Bertha driver. He asked to hit a couple with the HL. He could not believe the distance with the club. For the total package of the Tour Edge HL, most importantly performance, you cannot do any better than this club. When you factor in the price for the HL this club is one of the best values on the market.

Customer Service

Have not needed so far. However I recently purchased a set of J Max progressive combo irons that were custom fitted at the dealer. I received them in less than a week.
